Mischa Barton is smoking it up in Cannes. Here she is seen looking pretty smug with a joint or should we say her ‘cigarette’. I love how celebrities can just get away with doing illegal things all over the world, and even on camera ! Still hardly anything happens to them. They really suffer no consequences for their actions.
On a side note she was later seen wandering around giggling uncontrollably! LOL
