Paris had her sister Nicky, and on and off again ex-boyfriend Stavros visit her on the weekend but today she had a visit from two very important guests.

Her attorney, Richard Hutton, was seen leavingTwin Towers Correctional Facility earlier today, and told cameras that Paris “is doing as well as can be expected under the circumstances … and she’s receiving excellent medical care.”

Her personal shrink Dr. Charles Sophy, also paid the caged heiress a visit — but ever the elusive one, chose not to comment. Keeping that medical confidentiality privacy gig I imagine, which is a good thing.

Her parents, as well as the rest of the Hilton family were not able to see Paris today, as family visits are Sundays and Tuesdays only. Since she is on the medical ward, she is only allowed two visitors each day so it will be interesting to see who else shows up!

Check out Britney’s website. I couldn’t help but wonder when she makes reference to the “unhealthy friendships” she hooked up with after she split up with Kevin Federline. I’m thinking that is when Paris took Britney out and about Hollywood night after night for several weeks. (Not sure if she was the one who suggested Britney not wear any underwear but it makes me wonder!) Their friendship burnt out as quickly as it began. Britney writes that she was swept away by the excitement when she was taken out to dinner and parties with these newfound friends. Later, her happy bubble burst- when she found out SHE had paid for everything! Britney admits THAT proved to be “a huge learning experience for me.”

Hmmm, I take it she won’t be seeing Paris on visiting day!

Shakira was seen partying it up with Avril Lavigne on Friday night at the famous “Les Deux” and then on Saturday night with Penelope Cruz. I can’t quite figure why Shakira would want to hang out with Avril, they seem like total polar opposites! Penelope and Shakira make way better buddies. Could these be the next “it girls” while Paris and Lindsay being locked up in prison and rehab respectively!?

With rumors swirling around that Christina Aguiler is pregnant, the famous “Dirty” girl was seen wearing dark sunglasses and dressed very casually stepping out of her chauffeur driven set of wheels with her husband Jordan Bratman in front of New York’s Maternal Fetal Medicine Association. The clinic is well know for their expertise in state-of-the-art ultrasounds as well as care in high risk pregnancies

After they left their doctor’s office, the two lovebirds then stopped for a bite to eat at Capitale on the Lower East Side.

A rep for Xtina has refused to comment, but we can start watching to see if she gets a baby genie in a bottle!

Seems like Lindsay has been staying low on the radar because of all this Paris Hilton drama! First she is in jail, then she is out of jail with a monitoring device, then she is back in jail. I can hardly keep up.

Either way Dina Lohan had not visited her hard partying wild child in rehab at all until just recently. You think she would have been in there for her in this tough time. I guess Dina was too busy trying to become a star herself! She is just a terrible mother, no wonder why Lindsay has problems.

I read somewhere that Dina signed to do a reality show which will feature Lindsay’s two younger siblings and Dina’s journey to make them famous. How lame is that?!

Rapper the game is pleading not guilty to whipping out a gun at an LA Basketball game.

After apparently punching the victim, cops say The Game pulled a gun from his red Escalade and threatened to pop the victim.

Now that doesn’t seem really nice of him to do such a thing. Just listen to his lyrics and you know he loves his guns…..

If the Game was a ‘real’ rapper shouldn’t he be pleading guilty! He would lose all his ‘street cred’ by denying that he has guns or at least he would sell less records cause the little kiddies wouldn’t believe his raps. He should just admit it and take the punishment! That’s what happens when you roll with heat. Look how sweet he looks crying like that, trying to be innocent.

Apparently the rumors are swirling that Nicole Richie is pregnant. I personally wonder how someone so tiny who hardly eats can even get pregnant. Does she even get regular periods? Maybe these rumors are because she is starving herself and her stomach is eating from the inside out! Just like this starving child has.

Life and Style, which reports that the tests “confirmed she is pregnant.” Richie’s rep didn’t respond to requests for comment from either L&S or The Scoop, but on May 30, the star was photographed at a reproductive clinic, and the mag quotes an “insider” as saying, “Nicole’s determined to get healthy for her own sake and the baby’s.”

I think Victoria Beckam’s Posh Image has gone to the dogs. Look at her here at the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards! How is this outfit at all Glamourous? I think posh needs to go listen to Fergie’s song and get her act together. She is British as well you think she would have some sort of class!

While Lindsay Lohan is in rehab, her mom Dina has been preoccupied with trying to land her own TV gig. Rumour has it that the people from E! are in talks with her to launch a show called “Mom-ager.” The idea behind the show would be about her antics to try to launch the careers of her other two children Cody and Ali.

After Lindsay’s recent “performances” behaving badly in public which have been all over the news lately, something tells me mommy dearest should step up to the plate and try to improve her job performance as a Mom. She’s repeatedly been quoted in the press making excuses for Lindsay’s bad behaviour rather than try to get her daughter the help she badly needed for so long.

Lindsay was seen leaving Promises to hit the gym, but she made it back in time for check-in. She must have be so very disappointed not to be able MTV Music Awards, but she did manage to get a visit from her bodyguard. From the picture shown of that meeting, she really does seem oh so happy to see him. Girl must really need a hug!

Paris is totally surrounded by  paparazzi lately because they are trying to get their last few shots of her until she becomes incarcerated!  She is  pretty stylin’ in her blue faith hoodie. I wonder if that is all just as PR stunt, the whole religious thing. She could be truly scared though.

She sure is going to miss being photographed in prison! I wonder if she will come out a new girl, in her 20ish days in the facility. I couldn’t even imagine sitting in a cell for that long. I would be so bored. I would hit up the prison library and just read because there really isn’t anything to do.
