The new Harry Potter book sold 8.3 million copies in its first 24 hours on sale in the U.S. setting of course a new record.
The book sales were about 5,000 a minute. That is ridiculous!
At around $35 bucks a book, the revenue made was more than the opening weekend of the latest Harry Potter movie!
I haven’t read the last one yet because I fear if I buy it I will read it nonstop until it is finished! I have exams coming up and there is no way I can sacrifice my marks. I will have to wait until August 15th ! The count down begins now!
