I can’t believe that Nicole Richie only got four days in jail for her two DUI convictions. Her court case was supposed to be in August but she came forwarded and pleaded guilty early.
She was also told that she must enroll in a drug or alcohol rehab programme, and must submit proof she has completed that by February 20 2009. Richie was also placed on probation for three-years, and told she was not allowed to drive with any amount of alcohol or drugs in her system.
