Britney is ridiculous! She is wondering around with her son with a pack of cigarettes in her hand. Is she just going to take a quick smoke break while she is watching her children! Why does she even smoke she knows it will eventually kill her you think she would just quit. She really looks rough, sweat on her shirt, terrible extensions and just the facial expression she is making is rugged!

On Saturday, many peeps in the world, as well as me, turned our collective attention towards the fight against global warming at Live Earth.This was one of the biggest concert events in history with Live Earth concerts happening simultaneously in Japan, Australia, Brazil, U.K., U.S., China, South Africa and Germany.

The Black Eyed Peas, Beastie Boys and the Foo Fighters put on performances at the London show. The concert ended with Madonna giving quite the performance singing her new single “Hey You”.

Lenny Kravitz and Pharrell performed in Brazil while Joss Stone gave it her best shot, complete with barefoot dancing to a smaller crowd at the show in South Africa.

Linkin Park whipped the crowd into a frenzy in Tokyo with their rocking performance while Snoop Dogg and Shakira put on fine performances over in Germany.

Wolfmother and Jack Johnson did their thing at the Australian leg of the tour.

Fall Out Boy, Kanye West, AFI, and Akon worked it good in New Jersey with fantastic performances. Alicia Keys was fabulous with her version of Marvin Gaye’s “Mercy, Mercy, Me” as well as performed a new song off her new album which is due out soon.

Al Gore, who was the only one wearing a suit by the way, ended the grand event in New Jersey by thanking everyone who supported the event.

What I found interesting though, were the ratings that are coming in and from what I have read they are not that good. On NBC, it supposedly did worse than normal programming for that time slot, which includes repeats and NHL hockey, by finishishing in last place! Over in the UK, only 2 million people watched, as opposed to the 10 million that watched the Live 8 concerts.

Is it because people were just outside enjoying the beautiful weather over the weekend or, more likely, is it because maybe, just maybe, people are starting to recognize the hypocrisy of environmentalists putting on an event like this? It uses up more energy than some entire countries use.! I read an interview with PETA’s Matt Prescott about Live Earth’s hypocrisy when it came to selling meat at the events. It was very …. interesting, and had some ‘bite’ to it. Hmmm

We knew it wouldn’t take Paris long before she got back into the party scene. Here she was spotted out at the hot spot Les Deux. I guess she missed being the center of attention in jail so she had to go out and cause a bit of a scene!

I am not quite sure how Janet Jackson goes from having super flat abs to being almost obese? It is pretty strange. It can’t be surgery because her face and everything goes fat. She probably gets lipo to show off the ab area but still!

Hilary Duff and her sis are digging a grave for this paparazzi! She really looks so cute these days! Hilary Duff is definitely my favorite of all the celebrities. I love how this guy is just letting them throw sand all over them! At least Hilary isn’t spitting in his face like Avril does to her photogs.

According to E News, Christina Aguilera is pregnant. I guess all those baby bump rumors were true! Congrats Christina and Jordan!

Paris is having a ball in Hawaii since she has been released from prison. Here she is surfing and looking so happy. I hope jail changed her ways. We will have to wait until she gets back to see!

Apparently the Huffington Post reported wrong!

They had said that Penelope Cruz was on a delayed flight between Newark and Barcelona and suffered a panic attack. I reported about it on my blog with incorrect info. So I thought I would post a follow up
The real story was that Penelope didn’t want to wait four hours! I think she should have just stuck with the panic attack story!

A rep for Cruz said “There was no panic attack. She was told the plane would be delayed for four hours, so she decided to deplane.”
