Judge Scott M. Gordon set down a lengthy list of rules in a closed hearing
on Monday that Britney and Kevin must follow in order to retain custody of
their sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. The list, revealed today,
includes the following shared requirements for both parents in order to
maintain 50/50 joint custody:

Neither Brit nor K-fed can take Sean and Jayden out of state without the
written consent of the other.
• The exes cannot make derogatory statements about each other.
• Both parents must complete the “Parenting Without Conflict” program.
• Each party is restrained from using corporal punishment with the children or allowing anyone else to.
• They are required to engage in joint co-parenting counseling.
• Neither party may consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances 12 hours prior to taking custody of the children.
• They must ensure that any prospective childcare professionals hold valid Red Cross infant CPR training. While the responsibilities for Federline end there, Judge Gordon tacked on an extra list of tasks for Spears. In order to maintain the current shared custody agreement, the popstar must:
• Attend individual counseling at least once a week to address parenting issues.
• Meet with a parenting coach for a minimum of 8 hours a week, in at least two sessions a week. The coach is to observe her parenting skills and her interaction with her sons and provide Federline with a written progress report by October 22.
• And, “based on the evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances by Petitioner [Spears],” will have to undergo testing for controlled substances and alcohol. The testing shall be conducted twice per week on random dates and times, and the results will be forwarded to the court.

I think it is going to be a rough few months for Brit and Kevin, with all these rules to follow.

 Apparently Jennifer Lopez is pregnant. Obviously Jenny from the block hasn’t come out with a public announcement because all celebrities know they need to keep it secret until they are almost about to pop!  This of course leads to the “bump watch’ on many celebrity blogs and television shows. As we can see in these pics Jennifer may be sporting a mini bump.

Reports are saying that Jennifer and her hubby Marc Anthony have been trying to conceive for two years, and after many failed attempts the couple opted for in vitro fertilization (which has a high possibility of twins!).

It’s sick what Hollywood does to girls, she has a distorted view of her body, she used to be quite the sexy thing until she went to far, like most girls do…

Look at that neck and rack! There is nothing on her except bones.  If you can type your name in google with “Kiera bones” and it comes up with almost a million hits, there is definitely a problem!

Michael Lohan opened his stupid mouth again about his visit with his estranged daughter Lindsay. The actual transcript of the interview makes me want to vomit, so I am not posting it except for the one comment at the end that Michael says “Lindsay and I both pray Britney can turn her life around too.”

Lindsay is just as f*cked up as Britney, she just doesn’t have an baggage like poor Britney does. I am not sure who is worse though Kevin Federline or Michael Lohan!

There is a rumor going around that Paris Hilton was going to adopt four blonde baby girls!  When asked about the rumor Paris said in response to the question, “That’s retarded. No, I’m not.”  

I can’t really see Paris with children, her maternal instinct is far from ready. Maybe in the future after she calms down a bit more, and obviously finds love with a nice boyfriend!

She can babysit Nicole’s kid anyway!

Here is Hilary Duff looking super happy after having lunch with a friend at Joan’s on third. I am sure she went off to do a bit of shopping after. I have to say she is one of the better celebrities. She is always sweet, and works hard, and isn’t really seen as a ‘bad’ hollywood ‘it’ girl and still gets a lot of attention!

I hope more younger stars such as Hannah Montana, and Hayden Panettiere  stay on the right tract. We know that Vanessa Hudgens is the next Lindsay Lohan.

Apparently Disney’s sl*t Vanessa Hudgens isn’t just taking pictures of herself but now she is letting people take movies. She is quite the dirty little thing! This video was supposedly taken by Drake Bell. This girl might as well just pose for playboy now!

Sarah Chapman, who is mama #2 of Diddy’s one-year old daughter, spoke out for the first time.

She told Sandra Rose that she and mama #1 Kim Porter met Diddy at the same time, and that Kim knew about her pregnancy before she became pregnant with his twin girls!. Says Sarah about Diddy: “We’ve always been friends. I’ve known him for a long time — 13 years exactly. … It’s never been a situation where I’m trying to step on top of [Kim] or I’m trying to be in her position.”

Porter, recently admitted to Essence magazine that she never spoke with Diddy about the other woman — or baby — in his life. Hmm. Oddness.

Something tells me that if he was just a guy who pumped gas, or was a dish-washer at a restaurant, or a cashier at a grocery store, these two chicas would have used protection. I mean honestly, why else would they make babies with a cheater… unless he’s a ballin’ rockstar?

Kanye really can’t keep his mouth closed lately, first he said he thought she shouldn’t be allowed to perform, and now he has decided to say he feels sorry for her! Kanye is the biggest DIVA of them all because all he does is whine and complain. I am glad to see he has some compassion for Brit. As far as I was concerned he has no heart at all!

Paris looks classy and elegant! I am not sure if this is her new look, but she definitely looks more mature and sexy. The old hairstyle is a bit much but, she should keep this look in mind if she wants to have a new image. Although it is almost copying Christina Aguilera’s retro look.
