Rihanna waves to photographers as she heads out shopping in West Hollywood. Her bf Chris Brown is no where in site. Not sure if she had to give her stylist the day off in an effort to cut down on her spending since it’s rumoured that her label stole her blind. Either that or the girl has lost her mind because that outfit is ridiculous.
She’s on her second week atop the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart with her hit song “Disturbia”. David Archuleta’s “Crush” has turned out to be the the best chart debut in over 18 months. Archuleta opened at No. 2 and sold 166,000 downloads in the U.S.
A Dallas-based beer called Stampede Light Plus has recruited Jessica Simpson to be their poster girl. I know Jessica is trying to be all country these days but sinking so low to promote a no name beer? It is so strange, I don’t really see Jessica as a tramp but this picture seems to accentuate that. I think it might be because she is giving some sort of awful sex face.
Dita’s Old Hollywood look is now available for us regular girls and she’s thought of everything. She has added magnetic straps so when you pull her panties apart they come off quick as a snap. She’s made sure to let us all know that dressing in beautiful undergarments is something women can and should do for ourselves. The designs are edgy and sexy and the fabrics are gorgeous.

I never really understood what her attraction to her ex, Marilyn Manson was all about although I can so see why he fell for her. She’s really got quite an unusual look about her, I’ve always loved the fact she doesn’t ever suntan or wear that fake and bake tanning stuff!

Chris Brown is pissed off that one of his new singles Electric Guitar off his third album has become available on the Web. The album isn’t due out until next year and he is telling everyone how he feels about it:
“I’m mad that it’s leaked. The record’s not finished. It’s supposed to be me and Rihanna.”
Electric Guitar will not be Chris’s first collaboration with his alleged girlfriend. He was featured on the remix of Rihanna’s hit song Umbrella, and he also co-wrote one of her latest tracks, Disturbia
Here are the Beckhams at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Friday. David has an England match on Wednesday so perhaps that is where they are headed. Such a stylish family! Love her outfit, especially her handbag and shades. Father and son’s matching buzz cuts are soooo cute!
It’s also rumoured that David will make an appearance in China to participate in the closing ceremonies representing London along with Leona Lewis. London is to be the next city to host the Summer Olympics in 2012.
People quotes a source saying:
“David is going to be in the surprise finale. They always have a segment to do the handover, to showcase the next city to host the Olympics,” he adds he was very involved in the London bid to get it, and as a Londoner he is incredibly proud that the Olympics will be in London. He is passionate about it and looking forward to the games in 2012.”
The closing ceremony is slated for Sunday, August 24th at Beijing’s National Stadium.
Apparently there is another Jonas brother. His name is Frankie, he is 7 years old, and he is known as the Bonus Jonas. He’s adorable. Watch when he makes his MTV debut on “TRL” this week.
When asked how he got his nickname of Bonus Jonas Frankie says:
“Actually, I don’t really know [how I got the nickname], it just came up, and people started talking to me and going, ‘Hey, Bonus Jonas,’ and I was like, ‘Hey, whatever.’ ”
He’s a natural in front of the camera, and plans on starting up his own band someday and having his older brothers open up for him! How cute is that?
Queen Latifah was the first female rapper to become a star as well as the first MC who could be described as a feminist. Her third album, Black Reign, was the first album by a female MC ever to go gold. She has since branched out into other media, appearing in movies and sitcoms and even hosting her own talk show. Though she has been away from the recording studio for awhile she still remains as one of the most recognizable woman in hip-hop.
She has another accomplishment to add to her resume. She joined the Jenny Craig diet program in January and has reached her goal of losing 20 pounds. Congrats girl!
“I’m not caught up in how big or small I am, some people say they’re a skinny person trapped in a big girl’s body and I’ve never seen myself like that. I just feel like I could get a little healthier, so why not?” she says.
Queen decided to diet after reading:
“I had read that if you lost 5 percent of your body weight, you could cut your chances of things like heart disease in half. Jenny Craig mentioned the same statistic to me, so we connected on a health level.”
Queen, intends to stick with the company on a maintenance program:
“I feel good. I don’t feel all bloated and tired after a meal,” she says. “I haven’t had to sacrifice anything that I normally eat, I just eat a little bit less of it.”
At her heaviest, 5?10? Queen Latifah weighed about 240 pounds. She is thrilled to weigh around the 195 to 215 pound range: “I don’t want to be skinny.”
Samantha Ronson vaguely addresses the mystery surrounding the status of her ‘relationship’ with Lindsay Lohan in the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar:
” She’s great. She’s also 22 years old. I think people forget that.” Samantha goes on to say:
“With the Internet the way it is, one second we’re enemies, one second we’re best friends, one second we’re lovers, and then we’re broken up.”
She goes on:
“Even the airport security guy in Canada asked me, ‘So is it true? It’s like, ‘Oh, yeah, I’m telling you.’”
Lindsay personally sent off an email to Bazzar Magazine saying:
“Samantha and my relationship is a private matter.” She also said: “I love the Ronsons. They’re close to my [heart] and I respect all the work they do.”

Neither of them have really opened up about each other, nor have they sat down and done an interview together . They are photographed together constantly and just drop the occasional cryptic little half-a**ed comments now and then. Personally, I don’t see why they don’t just outright declare they are in love if they really are, but maybe they aren’t so that is why they haven’t!
Maybe they are just dating and enjoy being together. Whatever it is that is or isn’t going on, Lindsay has been behaving herself, and that is a good thing.
Sir Bob Geldof’s daughter Peaches, married Max Drummey of the American band Chester French in Las Vegas. She’s 19, he is 23. Seems as if they eloped while on holidays which means no family or friends witnessed the event.
Her rep issued this statement:
“The couple tied the knot in a simple low-key ceremony in Las Vegas last week, while holidaying in America. Peaches first met Max, 23, a Harvard graduate in anthropology, two years ago. Max’s band, Chester French, played at the ITV iTunes festival, where Peaches was a co-presenter of the show. The acclaimed new Boston band were signed by Pharrell Williams to his label Star Track, a subsidiary of the giant Interscope Label.”
Peaches recently just broke it off with Farris Rotter of the band The Horrors. What a way to rebound… get married to some other bloke!
Peaches recently made headlines when she apparently overdosed. She tried to make light of the situation and brush it off saying it was just a “bad experience.” The girl has issues. Overdose, marriage… and she is only 19.
I wonder how long the newlyweds will be in marital bliss or if he will use his Harvard anthropology degree to land a record deal?
