Madonna arrived in Malawi earlier this week with all of her children — David, 3, Lourdes 12, and Rocco, 8. She created quite an impression with her arrival when she flew in on her private jet and debarked from the plane wearing a 2000K Channel track suit.
Liz Rosenberg, Madonna’s rep has now confirmed that she is trying to adopt a 4 year old girl named Chifundo “Mercy” James.
According to the AP release, the girl’s birth mom was 18, unmarried young teenager who died soon after she gave birth. The child’s birth father is thought to be alive but has little contact with his daughter as she has been living in an orphanage.
Madonna spent time visiting the child care center her charity founded as well as took her adopted son David to meet his biological father for the first time since he left Malawi with her back in 2006.
“Madonna is committed to maintaining an ongoing relationship with David’s Malawian roots,” Madonna’s statement added.
The judge in the case has delayed the hearing due to the negative publicity surrounding Madonna’s wishes to fast-track the adoption of another child from the country.
Fergie celebrated her 34th birthday at the Fontainebleau Resort’s Liv nightclub in Miami Beach on Friday night as a part of ROCK Fashion week, a four-day event that celebrates the fusion of music and fashion.
She looked quite stylish in her sexy silver dress and had this to say about her hubby Josh:
“Now that the wedding is over, we are so chill and comfortable together – the feeling I have about Josh is like coming home. There is that small and intimate feeling I have all of the time that tells me things are so right!”

“We’ve got new songs, new production elements and new instruments as well. In this new record, we tried to add some different sounds. We’ve been working a lot with horns. After we did the Grammy performance with Stevie Wonder, we had the five horn players behind us. We were like, ‘We should do this to our music and add this different sound to it.’ We incorporated it in our record and we’ll be playing with them this summer!”
Apparently there is a bit of hissing going on by parents about the Pussycat Dolls and whether they should have even been on the KCAs at all. Many felt that they’re not kid appropriate. I’ve read several blogs and am stunned at how many have been complainting about how provocatively they were dressed.

Hollywood actor Bruce Willis has got married to his girlfriend Emma Heming at the Caribbean Islands of Turks & Caicos where the actor already owns a property in a ceremony attended by his ex-wife Demi Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher.
Just a couple of days ago there were reports that the actor would marry Emma during the weekend. Last week he also celebrated his birthday. Bruce Willis had reportedly booked a number of beach side villas for the guests who were expected to arrive for the wedding. Pop star Madonna was amongst the many high profile guest present.
I think the week gone by belongs to the old men of Hollywood going utterly romantic, Bruce Willis has got married while Harrison Ford too is planning his own marriage.
But for me the most interest part is the presence and of Demi Moore just imagine Jennifer Aniston being present on the day Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie exchange vows. Probably the sky would fall that day. I am happy for Bruce. He waited and hopefully chose wisely.

Kanye tells Complex his thoughts on why people are curious about his sexuality:

Or could it be because Madonna didn’t want her relationship with a cheatin’ toy boy affecting her chances of adopting another child from Malawi? Madonna recently was quoted saying:
“Many people, especially our Malawian friends, say that David should have a Malawian brother or sister. It’s something I have been considering, but would only do if I had the support of the Malawian people and government.”
Some inside source close to Madonna told the Daily Star:
“She was drawn to Jesus. But it was just a bit of fun and she’s enjoyed herself, but she is growing bored of the relationship and her family comes first. He would ruin her chances of adopting again. And the pictures of him with Luciana made her realize that he’ll be better suited to somebody his own age.”
