While at the event, he explained to EW why he turned down the role of Ren McCormack in Footloose saying:

“I’m sure Footloose would have been a huge challenge but the actors that I love and the actors that work really hard in this industry are always shaking things up, trying new genres, acquiring new skill sets. That’s what’s always going to appeal to me: the unknown.”

Amy and her beehive have left London and gone back to St. Lucia, the sunshine, salty air, and ganja that she loves so well.

Yesterday morning, she left on a jet as she plans on making her next album there as well as purchase a home. Wish I could go there as well. It’s been a long winter.

It’s been long enough that she’s been on vacay, her Back To Black is skipping from me playing it too much.

Paris Hilton’s younger bro, Barron Hilton, partied with Snoop Dogg and Leven Rambin in New York City yesterday. Leven is currently starring in, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Barron, who is 19, told Page Six that he’s pursuing a career in music and has already begun recording tracks at his apartment:

“I want to be an international singer-songwriter,I’m sick of all the Hilton stuff, where all anyone cared about was whether I was doing coke in the bathroom or how many b—— I was sleeping with. I’m done with partying and traveling. It’s time to get this s— started.”

Barron also told about how he is developing a reality show with Viacom:

“It’s gonna be like The Hills, but real,” he says. “A lot of that stuff is pre-setup or re-setup. This is gonna show the meetings, the production side, the recording side . . . I just want people to say, ‘Wow, this song really moved me, or made me cry.’ “

Well if he’s done with traveling, how does he intend on becoming an international artist?

Fergie has just launched an affordable shoe collection which she’s calling Fergie, says she owns more than 500 pairs of heels, flats and pumps.

She told Life & Style:

“I’m a girl, and I love accessories. It’s one of the reasons I have huge closets, and we keep making room in the house for more closets. I don’t like to throw anything away.”

Fergie also says she and her new hubby Josh will have to make space for something special after her tour wraps up with the Black Eyed Peas:

“I’m not going to get pregnant on the tour because I’m too physical onstage,” she says. “So after that, we can talk about babies.”

I don’t really think it’s appropriate to talk about how much she has or can spend when so many people in the country are having such a difficult time getting by day to day. Lots of families are facing severe money problems due to the recession.

Her new dark hair makes her look like that freaky ballerina from Tough Love.

The idea of her having a baby fergie is sweet though!
