The singer has recently revealed her new fitness trick: Bikram yoga. Lily Allen’s new exercise routine consists of contortion exercises performed at 105 Fahrenheit. Apparently it’s done her a world of good, as a source relates: “She does the intense 90-minute workout twice a week. She’s really pleased with her new figure and it has landed her a modeling deal with Chanel.” So this is how Lily Allen can get out of her little financial mishaps: slightly boiling herself alive while trying to bend her bones like rubber. Talk about innovation. And ever more so, Lily Allen does this for 90 minutes straight, twice a week. Alas, if she doesn’t stop, she will probably melt away into oblivion.
