Megan Fox has revealed she’s on a major health kick to improve her body.

The actress said she’s only ever exercised once a week before now – and insists her super fit physique in the latest Transformers movie is nothing out of the ordinary.

Fox, 23, told the Insider: "I’m a big sugar addict and junk food addict and just recently started trying to be a really healthy-type human being. My bodyweight and muscle tone fluctuate constantly. I wasn’t super ripped or in shape in that movie [Transformers]. I just started working out now so I’m getting better."

Fox is dating former Beverly Hills 90210 star Brian Austin Green, and said she’s cool with the hype surrounding her love life.

"I’m a young girl and people want to know who I’m dating and why I’m dating who I’m dating," she said. "I think that fascination exists with everyone who is in this industry, it’s not specific to me."

Sandra Bullock says the cast and crew on her new romantic comedy The Proposal "laughed at her body" during naked scenes.

The 44-year-old Speed star poked fun at herself on The Late Show With David Letterman: "I’ve been somewhat disrobed before, but not where it was filmed. Just a little something for the crew, cos I’m a giver."

Speaking of her latest role, she added: "I was nervous, I’m doing it to make people laugh but you have to realise that when people are laughing at your body you have to accept it as a good thing. I’m trying to accept that laughing at my nakedness is a good thing.

"We wanted it to be funny. It was all about the choreography. They stick little things on your body for false modesty, which are then stuck to your partner by the end of the day.

"You really do have to quickly become comfortable. I don’t know about the crew because they have to see it from behind, so I have to apologise to them."

The singer who is currently working on her new album entitled “Memories of an Imperfect Angel” insists on recording only during night time. Mariah Carey wrote the following on her twitter page: “In the studio. driving the engineer crazy cos I’m a control freak and once again we’re STARTING at 1:16 am..perfectly normal: )” It is indeed perfectly normal because, let’s face it, what imperfect angel ever appears at night. But Mariah Carey is a diva so it’s normal for her to have these wild requests, isn’t it? Why blame her, it’s not her fault she’s so different, it’s just her nature.

It seems the singer recently took a fourteen-meter car trip from her London hotel to a shop across the road. For this she took two chauffeured cars containing her whole staff. Apparently Beyonce didn’t want to walk all the way to the shop in her high heels. A source said the following about the event: “Beyonce has always been down to earth but her antics were astonishing. It looked like they were preparing for a long journey, but it was over as soon as it began. It would have been much quicker to have strolled across the road.” Unbelievable… forget about Mariah Carey, it seems Beyonce is getting the prize for diva of the year this time. Still, I have a question: what did she do in the shop, have her staff carry her on a platform?

My Sister’s Keeper star Cameron Diaz said she thinks women are "afraid" to say they don’t want children.

Cameron, 36, recently split with model Paul Sculfor, 37, and admitted she isn’t planning to become a mum just yet.

Asked if it depresses her that she is always asked about marriage and children, she said: "It doesn’t depress me, no.

"It’s just in our society, that’s what you’re supposed to do. I think women are afraid to say that they don’t want children because they’re going to get shunned.

"But I think that’s changing too now. I have more girlfriends who don’t have kids than those who do. And honestly? We don’t need any more kids. We have plenty of people on this planet."

However, Cameron said she hasn’t ruled out having children herself. She said: "I never say never. I don’t know what’s going to happen.

"I could end up adopting half a dozen kids, or I could end up being the next ‘octomum’ – who fricking knows! Or I might just make my nieces and nephews take care of me when I’m 80.

"But I don’t worry about what other people want for me. I just have to focus on what I want for myself."

Cameron also said she has never felt the Hollywood pressure to stay thin. She said: "Even when I was modelling at 16, I didn’t feel pressure to be thin. I mean I was thin, but there were girls thinner than me.

"Modelling’s tough at a young age, though, as you’re always being ‘chosen’ or someone else gets chosen over you. It breeds insecurity."

The singer’s Dreamgirls co-star, Anika Noni Rose, thinks that Jennifer Hudson will be an amazing mother. Anika Noni Rose said the following about how Jennifer Hudson is going to cope with motherhood: “She will be a great, amazing and loving mom. Having seen her with babies myself, that baby of hers is going to have a good time and be much loved. She loves babies and now that she going to be a mother herself this experience is going to be fun and rewarding for her. She will have no problems taking on the responsibilities.” Why does everybody assume that to be a great parent you just have to like babies? They don’t stay babies forever and it’s not like the hardest part is when they are babies. Kids growing up is only the beginning of the nightmare and only afterwards we’ll see just how good a mother Jennifer Hudson is going to be.

Jessica Lange and Drew Barrymore "adored each other"

Jessica Lange says she and Drew Barrymore "adored each other" when they played mother and daughter on TV film Grey Gardens.

Both actresses, who are thought to be good contenders for the upcoming Emmy Awards, played Big Edie and Little Edie in the true story about two eccentric relatives of Jackie Kennedy Onassis.

Both women were named Edith Bouvier Beale.

Lange says: "I think what Drew and I found was a connection very similar to the connection between the characters.

"We adored each other; we played off each other.

"I can’t imagine doing it with anybody else. It’s two parts of a whole, really."

The aunt and cousin of the former First Lady spent many years in a decrepit mansion in the posh neighbourhood of East Hampton, New York.

The documentary Grey Gardens was made about them in the 1970s.

Barrymore and Lange starred in the HBO TV movie of the same name.
