Renee Zellweger is reportedly set to meet boyfriend Bradley Cooper’s parents.

The Bridget Jones star is said to be planning to spend her Thanksgiving holiday with the actor’s mother and father. Sources say she is heading to Philadelphia in November for a short break.

“Things have been heading in this direction for the two of them for a while,” an insider said. “This definitely solidifies how serious they are. She says she’s nervous, and she’s really hoping it goes well.”

The pair have been dating for several months.

“It’s quite serious,” adds the insider. “Renee and Bradley are crazy about each other.”

A representative for the actress was unavailable for comment.

The Fantastic Four star joined German supermodel Heidi Klum on the hit fashion design show as another wannabe was cut.

Hollywood actress Charlize Theron auctioned off a kiss to a woman for US$140,000.

The 34-year-old star took part in the live auction during a fundraiser for charity OneXOne in San Francisco on October 22.

Charlize was initially selling a 2010 trip to her native country of South Africa, which included World Cup tickets as well as a safari and a meet-and-greet with Nelson Mandela.

However, she then stepped up proceedings when bidding stopped at US$37,000 as it was still far lower than the US$280,000 Jeremy Piven raised.

Charlize said to guests: “For f*** sake! You can do better. There is no way I am leaving here with Jeremy Piven getting a higher bid. I’ve got t**** for God’s sake.”

Charlize then raised the stakes by offering a seven-second kiss for US$130,000 to a male bidder and she said to him: “Swine flu is going around. This is high-risk kissing!”

One man bid US$135,000 but then a woman raised the bid and offered US$140,000 for a 20-second kiss as the audience counted the seconds.

Hollywood actress Andie MacDowell said she uses yoga to keep her youthful appearance despite being in her fifties.

Andie, 51, who has starred in movies such as Four Weddings And A Funeral, has been the face of L’Oreal for many years and has said she uses yoga to keep looking youthful,

She said: “It was during yoga that I started thinking about the things about myself that I really enjoy.

“Yoga is a big part of my life. It is really good for your spirit and your bones. [Yoga keeps you] strong and flexible at the same time.”

Acclaimed Hindu statesman Rajan Zed has invited other Hollywood stars to explore yoga, which has been referred to as a “living fossil”, as it is both a mental and physical discipline.

Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that she loves eating from “gourmet taco trucks” in her latest Goop newsletter.

The 37-year-old wrote in her weekly newsletter for the health and wellbeing website – whose home page encourages subscribers to “nourish the inner aspect” – about how she discovered the trucks in Los Angeles.

She said: “I spent most of last spring and summer in Los Angeles doing lots of work and eating some incredible food… from the new phenomenon of the gourmet taco truck, to the tucked-away neighborhood spots…”

The star then named her favourite trucks – La Estrella Taco Truck and Kogi Truck – describing how the latter serves “Korean-style barbequed meats or tofu on great corn tortillas, all topped with some sort-of cilantro, chili, sesame magic”.

She added: “The sliders and kimchi quesadillas are also killer.”

Sienna Miller’s Broadway debut has been slated by most critics – but she did win praise for her “great legs”.

The actress appeared on the opening night of After Miss Julie in New York on Thursday.

Sienna, 27, stars alongside Jonny Lee Miller as an aristocrat’s daughter in the play by Patrick Marber, a reworking of Strindberg’s 1888 classic Miss Julie.

But critics were less than impressed by her performance.

New York Times’ Ben Brantley wrote: “If Julie’s written as clashing chords of conflicted impulses, Ms Miller plays them like a novice at a piano, plunking down each note loudly and individually.”

He said that she should be praised for her “good diction, good posture and great legs”.

He continues: “Commendable as these attributes are, they are of limited use in portraying a tautly wound, death-courting neurotic who is eaten alive by her own demons.”

Meanwhile, Terry Teachout, the Wall Street Journal’s theatre critic, said: “A model turned second-tier movie star, all she does is stalk around the stage striking vampy poses. She has no more business playing a classic stage role than I have posing for the cover of Vogue.”

Miller is appearing at Manhattan’s American Airlines Theatre – a block away from where ex-boyfriend Jude Law is starring in Hamlet.

It is New York-born Miller’s first theatre role since As You Like It in the West End in 2005.
