Actress Meg Ryan, 47, has relisted her Bel-Air home for $14.2 million.
Ryan shaved $5.3 million off her original sale price of $19.5 million listed in October 2008.
She had listed the compound in October 2008 at $19.5 million but withdrew it from the market at the end of February.
The Los Angeles Times notes the six-bedroom restored Spanish-style house was built in 1931 and features stencilled beam ceilings, fireplaces, arched doorways and ironwork. It also boasts ocean views, a loggia, dining pavilion and swimming pool, along with French doors that give way to city and sea vistas.
The star of Sleepless in Seattle and You’ve Got Mail bought the home in 2000 for $9 million, according to the public record.
