The singer recently admitted that she really liked taking a break from her usual very complex dress code when she stared in the aforementioned movie. This is what Mariah Carey said on the matter: “A lot of people didn’t recognize me, and I was actually happy about that. It wouldn’t have worked if it had been any other way. I tried to put a little blusher on and Lee caught me, and he said, ‘No! You’re not having anything!’” It sure must have been nice for her diva-like antics to finally be put down for a change. Even that small part of Mariah Carey that was probably still human felt free for a little while. But alas, once the filming was over, so too did that small part her get crushed again under the weight of a camera-worthy dress code.

GQ magazine has released more nude pictures from their steamy photo shoot with Miranda Kerr.

The Australian model – who is dating Brit actor Orlando Bloom – is seen in a couple of racy shots that didn’t make it into the February US edition.

In one photo the 26-year-old barely hides her blushes by carefully placing her arms and legs to hide her boobs and private parts.

In another shot the Victoria’s Secret model wears nothing but a short denim shirt.

A broadsheet newspaper covers the lower half of her naked body.

The photos appear on GQ.com with other pictures from the session.

Kerr was recently pictured working on a photo shoot for the US lingerie brand on the Caribbean island of St Barts.

Wouldn’t it be cool if Elton John did something really special at the Grammys this year? Well, wish on it no more! The singer already has plans of doing a duet with Lady GaGa at the awards ceremony. This is what a source said about Elton John’s plans: : “Elton and Lady GaGa on the same stage is sure to create fireworks, it could be one of the most memorable Grammy performances of all time.” Surely someone will think of topping it off… maybe Simon Cowell will bring along the shock-troupe he managed to gather up these past weeks next year. Strange that there was no mention of Elton John participating on the Earl of Exigency’s masterpiece single… could all not be well?

Nine star Penelope Cruz has talked of feeling constantly under pressure.

Cruz, 35, was responding to a question about whether she felt pressured by winning an Oscar.

She said: “I’ve always felt under pressure and had a lot of insecurity, so that doesn’t change and I don’t want that to alter.

“I don’t want to get to the set and feel too secure. I’ve worked for so many years feeling a lot of respect and healthy fear of the work and I don’t feel that can change now.”

Cruz, who won an Oscar for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role for Vicky Cristina Barcelona, said she keeps her statuette in her house.

“But it changes rooms all the time. I’m looking at it in different places to make the final decision. I even took it to the beach one day! It’s like being five when you finally get a toy you’ve been asking for.”

As if the pressure of celebrity status was not enough, now Susan Boyle has to go through the ordeal of finding intruders in her home. Upon returning to Scotland, it seems the singer actually stumbled upon someone who had entered her home uninvited. This is what a friend of Susan Boyle’s related on the matter: “Susan got home to find an intruder halfway up her stairs. She was with another female, who was dropping her off, and only expected to be with her for a couple of minutes – but it is just as well she was. Susan is unharmed but is obviously very, very shocked. The guy has seen her come in and bolted out straight past Susan.” Probably one of Susan Boyle’s more fervent admirers, she might actually have to get used to more and more of those from now on.

The media celebrity author of a biography of the late Princess Diana has turned her microscope to former US First Lady Hillary Clinton.

British media maven Tina Brown, 56, the former editor of The New Yorker who put celebrity into the magazine, confirmed the project is in the works. “Yes, I have a commitment to do a non-fiction book on Hillary Rodham Clinton, which will take another year-and-a-half to do,” she said.

Brown, who is married to journalism luminary Harold Evans, recalled to DNA on a recent trip to Jaipur the writing of The Diana Chronicles that followed from an unforgettable interview over lunch with the princess in New York.

“The hardest part was that you’re dealing with the most private class in England. And also, the more difficult aspect was that there have been so many bad books about Diana, scandalous and trashy books, so a lot of people involved not only had to get over their sense of privacy but felt like they’d been burned by these bad books. But I did manage to overcome that and talked to over 250 people, many of whom had never spoken [about Diana] before.”

The longrunning affair of Prince Charles with Camilla Parker Bowles was a major focus which may put Brown into the running for a tale of the two-timed Clinton. But Brown is accustomed to moving in power circles on the east-coast belt of the US and Clinton, 62, who is roughly her contemporary, is an obvious choice.

Brown has embraced the Web format with a new journalism website, The Daily Beast. She said: “I wouldn’t right now be working in print. I love this new form – working online; it’s very very creative and what has been exciting for me has been the challenge of getting very high quality writing, very fast. And you can! The very best thinkers know what they want to say and can very easily.”

She added: “I have a passion for journalism. I’m also married to a journalist, Harold Evans. I have this curiosity about the world, this desire to just go out and cover a story. It’s in my blood, it’s an addiction. I should be in rehab for it.”

British actress Tilda Swinton has revealed that she would “absolutely” like to play US talk show host Conan O’Brien in a movie about his life.

O’Brien, 46, said on his final night hosting the Tonight Show last week that if HBO ever decided to make a movie about him, he would want to be played by the Oscar-winning actress.

During a recent interview, Swinton, 49, said that she would be only too happy to take on the role if it were offered to her.

She said: “I’ve heard about Conan! I’m so thrilled. I would just be only too happy. Yes, yes, yes, absolutely.”

The I Am Love star then said she would like to see the TV host return the favour.

She said: “What I really would love to do is get him to do some of the things I get to do. It would be nice if he were here at Sundance [Film Festival] maybe, wearing this coat, talking about I Am Love.”

Anjelica Huston, 58, received a star on the Walk Of Fame.

Huston’s famous director father John Huston also has a star inset on Hollywood Boulevard.

She told well-wishers: “The beauty of this award is that it’s as permanent as anything in life these days. It can’t be misplaced or left in the ladies room by accident and I always get the same billing. From here on, I’ll always know where to find myself and so will other people.”

Huston’s was the 2398th star on the Walk Of Fame. The star of such films as Prizzi’s Honor and The Royal Tenenbaums, said: “Now I don’t have to join Facebook, because when someone wants to find me, this is where I’ll be and I’ll always be here.”

The estate of late TV icon Farrah Fawcett is suing the producer behind the documentary about her brave fight against cancer.

Legal papers filed in LA claim Craig Nevius sold out Farrah to the media and embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Farrah hired Nevius to make her ‘Farrah’s Story’ documentary but rejected his “amateurish and sensationalized” final cut, the lawsuit says.

It claims Nevius then sought “misplaced revenge” against the Charlie’s Angels star by intentionally revealing private, personal information about her.

Nevius is also accused of giving out footage without Farrah’s consent and taking money from the trust she set up to manage the film.

Nevius denies the allegations and said the lawsuit is “a fabricated press release”.

Farrah’s estate is seeking unspecified damages.
