There have been seen hanging out together and going to the gym for the past two days in a row. They are both presenting at the American Music Awards this Sunday, so I guess they are trying to buff up before their performances.

Yes that is right NO alcohol, one Hollywood ‘it’ girl is doing it the right way!

Tisdale and her 20 friends partied at The Beachbody House, where this all-girl bash  included manicures, pedicures, kayak rides and a coffee bar.The only alcohol was used for removing henna tattoos!

That just makes my day!

I love Ashley Tisdale, this girl knows how to party!
