Miley Cyrus, her mom Tish, sister Noah and her “close friend” Justin Gaston were seen going back to their hotel after they were spotted checking out Thanksgiving festivities at Broadway in Times Square together in New York City today.
Earlier in the day, the paparazzi snapped Miley and Justin hanging out at Serendipity 3 for some holiday shopping.

Nigel Lythgoe producer of American Idol is speaking out about Jeff Archuleta’s ban from being backstage. Rumor has it that David’s dad was meddling with David’s acts. He apparently made David sing a verse of “Beautiful Girls” by Sean Kingston in the middle of David’s song “Stand By Me”.

He has been asked not to participate in the choice of music with David or be in the room when David is working out his routines that he wants to sing.
