Brooke Mueller has threatened to sue if she is mentioned in ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s upcoming Comedy Central Roast. The actor will be roasted in Los Angeles on September 10 and her lawyers have promised to bring legal action if she is a topic of conversation. According to TMZ, sources close to Mueller want her name to be “completely off-limits” and are considering sending a letter banning her name from being mentioned. However, her divorce settlement from Sheen could stop him from talking about her as it states he must never publicly discuss her drug use. A rep from Comedy Central has said: “Charlie has assured us that nothing will be off limits in this Roast, which scares even us.”

Camille Grammer has revealed that she is ‘trying to reach out’ to ex-husband Kelsey in a bid to solve their custody battle. Kelsey filed for sole custody of their children, Mason, nine, and Jude, six, last month, prompting Camille to do the same. But appearing on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show, the 46-year-old Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star insisted that she would rather settle things amicably. “It’s been a tough couple weeks,” she said. “I’m really trying to reach out to him and I think it’s very important for us to be cordial to one another to raise our children properly. “For me it’s all about our kids and what’s good for them and stability, to know that they’re loved. Hopefully we’ll work toward some kind of agreement on this.” The pair split last year before Kelsey went on to marry former air hostess Kayte Walsh.

Scream star Neve Campbell has been granted a divorce a day after what would have been her fourth wedding anniversary. The actress has now officially ended her marriage to ex-husband John Light after the divorce documents were signed on May 6, according to TMZ. The terms of their divorce settlement have not been revealed but it’s claimed when she first filed for divorce she asked that Light was not to be given any spousal support. The Canadian actress, 37, met Light, a British actor, while they were filming the movie Investigating Sex in 2002. They got engaged in 2005 and married in Malibu in 2007 but didn’t have any children.

Halle Berry has admitted that she and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have taken their custody battle to court because they ‘needed’ a third party to help them. The two have been fighting over custody of three-year-old Nahla, and while Berry said that she knows a child needs both parents, there were issues that they just couldn’t resolve between them. “When there’s a child involved, it’s a relief when you can resolve things in a good way,” she told Extra. “Our issues were never about fighting for her. We both know a child needs both her parents. But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. We needed a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues, and I’m so happy we’ve arrived at that place, because for her sake, this is the best way. We both love her more than life.”

Neve Campbell has admitted that she wasn’t surprised when her Scream co-stars Courteney Cox and David Arquette announced their separation. The actress — who separated from husband John Light last summer — said that she had a good idea that the couple were struggling during the filming of Scream 4. She told iVillage: “I wasn’t surprised. I was aware a little bit of what was going on. They were very professional during the film and weren’t talking about it or making an issue of it, but I was somewhat aware of what they were dealing with.” But she believes that the estranged couple “still love each other very much”. And she revealed that she finally struck up a friendship with Courteney whilst making the fourth installment in the horror franchise. “We hadn’t had enough time on the last film to get to know each other properly, and we just sort of fell in love with each other,” she explained. “She’s a fantastic woman, really hilarious and wise.”

Eva Longoria says her post-divorce life is going ‘great’. The Desperate Housewife filed for divorce from basketball star Tony Parker amid claims he had an affair with a former team-mate’s ex-wife. Longoria appeared on Good Morning America with mum Ella to promote her new book Eva’s Kitchen. Eva, 36, also showed off some family pictures which showed her as a cute and smiling youngster. Asked about how she is doing after the end of her marriage, she said: “You know, great. I have been so busy. Sorry, I mean divorce is not great but I have been fine and getting through it and past it. “It is nice to be surrounded by your family and friends and be blessed with a great career and other projects like my book. “I have been able to focus my attention on work.”

Denise Richards has admitted that she finds it ‘difficult’ keep ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s exploits away from their two daughters. The 39-year-old actress, who has Sam, six, and Lola, five, with the Two And A Half Men star said it is her priority to shield the girls from her troubled ex’s problems. Speaking to Access Hollywood, she said, “I think a lot of people are concerned about Charlie and my concern is obviously what becomes difficult is things become so public. “I try my best to keep that quiet from our daughters because, you know, this is something I’ve never dealt with in my life until this situation. “I’m learning how to deal with it and just keeping a lid on it for our kids has been my main priority and it does become difficult.” She revealed that her relationship with Sheen has improved since their divorce in 2006 as both strive to make a happy life for their daughters. “Thankfully, the last two years, Charlie and I have been in such a much better place and it makes it so much easier for our daughters,” she said.

She tells her friend D.D that she felt ‘sick to her stomach’ when the actor delivered the news, although at that point she did not know the identity of his mistress. “When we got back from the Tonys, he lay down next to me, and he put his arm around me,” she tells D.D. while fighting back tears. “He snuck out as soon as I went to sleep.” “Who is this woman?” she asks. “Does she not know that she’s destroying a family? She’s destroying my children. They’re going to be just devastated without their dad.”

Charlie Sheen’s estranged wife Brooke Mueller was seen sharing steamy kisses with rocker Dave Navarro, according to U.S. reports. Brooke, who has had recent stints in rehab and is in ongoing divorce proceedings with Sheen, was reportedly spotted kissing former Jane’s Addiction guitarist Navarro in Aspen, Colorado. According to reports, the two shared a public make-out session while out to dinner with other members of Jane’s Addiction at the Nobu Japanese restaurant in Aspen. Navarro – ex-husband of Carmen Electra – reportedly went outside to have a cigarette and Mueller soon followed, with sources saying they went into a full lip-lock. It was in Aspen on Christmas Day last year when Brooke told police in an emergency 911 call that husband Sheen allegedly put a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her.
