It looks like Jason Alexander just doesn’t want to quit. Now there has been a new recording released in which a supposed Britney Spears admits to smoking pot while talking to him. This could all be good and true, but it really isn’t doing anything for Jason Alexander’s credibility. First Britney Spears is being abused by Jason Tarwick and now she’s a pothead? If that’s her former husband’s idea of a slander campaign, he might want to rethink it. There are certainly a few pretty crazy ways to deal with abuse, but weed isn’t really one of them… even considering it’s Britney Spears we’re talking about here.
Redmond O’Neal, the son of actor Ryan O’Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett, will be released from prison and sent to a residential drug-treatment program, a Los Angeles judge ruled today.
O’Neal, 25, has been in jail since December 29 when he was arrested for an alleged probation violation.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael A. Tynan said he expects O’Neal to enter a sober living house after he finishes the live-in program.
“We all want you to do well, but it’s up to you,” the judge said.
O’Neal is due back in court on March 3 in Los Angeles.
One of O’Neal’s attorneys, Richard F. Pintal, told reporters outside the court that he expects his client to be moved from jail to the residential centre within a couple of days.
“Redmond’s made considerable progress in the 30-plus days he’s been in custody,” Pintal said. “Redmond’s earned this. It wasn’t perfunctory.”
O’Neal was admitted last April to a drug court program in connection with two drug-related arrests – one involving possession of heroin and methamphetamine and the latter involving possession of methamphetamine.
He was sentenced in a third case to a minimum of a year in a residential drug-treatment program and three years’ probation following his no-contest plea last September to a felony drug charge stemming from his arrest in a visitors’ parking lot at a Los Angeles county detention centre.
His mother, Farrah Fawcett, died June 25 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
UsWeekly asked Stevie Nicks frontwoman for the band Fleetwood Mac what her thoughts were about Lindsay Lohan playing her in a movie, Stevie said:
“Over my dead body. She needs to stop doing drugs and get a grip. Then maybe we’ll talk.”
Stevie struggled hard to get clean and went through two stays in Betty Ford to kick coke and Klonopin so it makes sense to me why wouldn’t want Lindsay whose behaviour lately has been way too erratic to play her. In fact, the “…Then maybe we’ll talk” is more than reasonable to me.
According to the Daily Star (via M&C), Amy was sauntering around the island when she ran into a group of locals smoking banana skins. Ever the open-minded gal that she is, she thought she’d buy what they were selling!

They made one in front of her using dried strings from the inside of the peel instead of tobacco and putting it onto a piece of rolling paper. Yesterday morning, she left on a jet as she plans on making her next album there as well as purchase a home. Wish I could go there as well. It’s been a long winter.

Nick was diagnosed with a potentially fatal heart condition eight months ago. Here’s what he had to say about his new life style changes and it’s very obvious that good clean living agrees with him.
On the Hollywood scene party scene and all-night clubbing:
“I would get tired because we were partying so much, so I would do a bump [of cocaine] just to wake myself up. I would be that person who would stay at these clubs till the lights come on and they’re playing, ‘Don’t Stop Believin’.’ People are looking at me going, ‘Is that Nick Carter?’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, it’s me gacked up.’”
On being diagnosed with cardiomyopathy (a buildup of toxins in his heart, weakening the muscle so that had difficulty pumping blood):
“My doctor said, ‘You need to change your lifestyle. I don’t want you to end up like that.’ I was like, ‘I don’t want to end up like that either.’”
On getting his life back on track:
“I’m trying to make myself better. But I don’t regret anything that I’ve gone through, because it makes me who I am.”
On his new sweetie, a sales clerk he’s been dating for the past few months: “I don’t believe in marriage [but I see myself starting a family] someday, a little ways down the line.”
On his two-story, colonial-style home just outside Nashville:
“I had to get away from the temptations [in L.A.].”

Osama Lutfi, aka Sam Lutfi, Britney’s former ‘manager’ was served a restraining order the other day by Britney’s attorneys and he has now reacted to that by filing documents suing her and her parents for slander.
His court papers allege she broke an oral contract with him for his services and owes him thousands of dollars in unpaid fees. What kind of manager was he that he had an oral contract with someone who is mentally unfit to take care of herself?
Sam also claims in his court papers that her parents: “began a campaign of slander, libel and defamation aimed at discrediting, destroying and physically and emotionally intimidating Lutfi in order to drive him out of Britney’s life.”
He says since Britney’s mom’s book came out he has lost his reputation. No, he did that all on his own with the way he mis-handled her and her career. Is he even a credited manager? Does he have a license?
This past August, Dr. Dre’s 20-year old son, Andre Young Jr., died from unknown causes. Today it was announced that the exact cause of death was revealed by an LA County Coroner representative:
“This case has been closed, it’s been ruled an accident due to morphine and heroin intoxication.”
Dr. Dre hustled drugs as a teen, and his music encouraged people to blaze and now his son has lost his life due to drugs. Parents warned him about his lyrics and songs, and he must now understand the pain caused by those who have lost their children due to drugs. Perhaps now he and other rappers will not be so quick to encourage that lifestyle.
Rihanna reminds me of a combo of Mr. T. and Prince. This look does one thing for sure… takes the focus off her hairstyle. Like seriously… who is this girl’s stylist? Here she is covered in necklaces adorned with silver crucifixes, keys, horseshoes and what looks like hands? while having a bite to eat at the Cafe Med at Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood.

I don’t know about her. If I ever saw even one measley picture of myself where I looked as bad as she does in every picture I’ve seen of her over the last two years, I would check myself into rehab. Seriously and if I didn’t, my family or friends would call 911 on me.
She is in complete denial of how ill she is. How she can look at herself in the mirror each day and think “I’m lookin’ fine.” I realize that this is a cliche at this point, but honestly don’t know how she is still alive. She is just truly sad and pitiful. Someone help her.
She tried to visit her Blaaaaaake in rehab yesterday, but missed visiting hours. The Daily Mail says she got into a cab, drove for a short while, then turned around and left.
