The beautiful girl from Girls Aloud is sometimes lazy to work out. We can’t tell that though, her body looks very good. Kimberly said that she has weeks when she is working out every day, and weeks when she’s not working out at all. It depends on her mood. There is one thing though that she keeps under control all the time: her sweet tooth. Kimberly likes sweets very much, but does not allow herself to eat as much as she’d like. “If I just ate what I wanted I would be twice the size that I am now” she said.

It eventually had to come to seaweed too, didn’t it? There was just absolutely no way around it all. Sarah Harding from Girls Aloud has recently revealed that the secret to her staying slim are Kelp vitamins. This is what she said on the matter: “I have a few kelp vitamins before I eat. They contain cider vinegar which help to break down carbs and dairy. They help bloating.” Sarah Harding really isn’t being to clear about what she’s trying to say here: the Kelp helps against bloating or it helps to bloat? More specifics would be deeply appreciated. Sarah Harding wouldn’t want people to get the wrong idea about all of this, would she?

Yet another gala of awards and Cheryl Cole has taken the “woman of the year” prize once more. This time it was the Glamour Awards where the Girls Aloud conquered the title. This is what Cheryl Cole had to say upon receiving the prize: “Four or five years ago I’d never dreamed I’d be here amongst so many women. One person I definitely have to thank is my dentist. So thank you very much.” You have to admire Cheryl Cole… most people would go on and on about how they’re grateful to their families or to Jesus for their success, but not her. No, she chooses to thank one of the main men behind the whole deal: the dentist.

The singer from Girls Aloud is having serious trouble due to a minor injury suffered during her Kilimanjaro adventure. Cheryl Cole related the incident: “I’ve just been to see the doctor and he’s drilled a hole in my nail to release the pressure. I feel quite disturbed. When I was training for the climb, my boots were too tight, which put pressure on my toe and the nail went black. It was growing off, but now, with all the dancing we do in high heels for the tour, it’s built up again and it’s hurting like hell every night. The doctor said I was brave, though!” And that’s the important thing… the fact that Cheryl Cole was brave. It is still a show of great determination to go on stage even despite pestering complications such as this, but I have to wonder: how in the world do you manage to actually climb a damn mountain using boots that are too tight?
