German supermodel Heidi Klum has shared her own exercise diary with readers of her website to encourage them to get fit along with her. The 37-year-old has launched her own site to give women advice on topics such as fashion and relationships – and she is also using her own experiences to help her fans get in shape. She wrote: “So let’s really do this thing!” “I know it can be intimidating, and it may be easier to just say, ‘Eh, maybe tomorrow’. Trust me, I get it. I know what it’s like to juggle a lot of things: family, friends, work. We are all busy and sometimes exercise gets left behind. At the same time, I’m 37 years old and I definitely want to be fit and healthy. I want to look and feel good, and I’m betting all of you do, too.”

Heidi Klum admits she can’t make husband Seal a proper cuppa
Supermodel Heidi Klum insists she is not perfect as a wife for hubby Seal – because she can’t make him a proper cup of tea. Despite their amazing six-year marriage, the model and reality TV star insists: “I’m not white-picket-fence perfect.” And she admits that her British husband’s biggest complaint is when she tries to make him a cuppa. “The water can never be hot enough for him, and only when the tea is just the right colour can you add the milk,” she says, laughing. “Maybe when I’m 80, I’ll be allowed to make it.” But Heidi admits that her husband – and their four kids – are her biggest priority, even when her career is so hectic. “Family comes first,” she told Good Housekeeping magazine. “You’re the only thing they have.” Asked how her marriage to singer Seal has been so happy, she says: “We love each other. We love our kids. We have fun with each other and in all the stages in our lives we go through together. There are many days where I don’t want to put on makeup. I want to be loved just as me.” She added of her husband: “He’s the most charming, loving, fun, gentlemanly, inspirational man I could have wished for. He always makes me feel I’m the only woman in the world. “We may be parents, but we can still make time to be a couple. We like to have fun with each other – we do have four kids.” But she insists love has not always been so easy. “I’ve been married before. I’ve had boyfriends. I’ve been cheated on. I’ve been heartbroken. That’s part of life, and it’s part of figuring out who you are so you can find the right partner.”

Heidi Klum plans to launch her own perfume
Model Heidi Klum is set to launch her own signature perfume. The Project Runway host has announced she will be partnering with Coty Inc. to create a fragrance called Heidi Klum Shine. Heidi said in a statement to People.com: “Working for a long time on developing a signature scent and watching it finally come to life is so exciting.” The 37-year-old added: “I never thought my nose would recover from sniffing so many scent combinations but it is all worth it. “I want my fragrance to be truly special and head turning so that people ask the woman who is wearing it ‘What are you wearing? You smell delicious!’” Heidi Klum Shine is expected to launch in autumn this year.

Heidi Klum explains Hallowe’en costume
German model Heidi Klum has explained her extreme Hallowe’en costume. The 37 year-old dressed as an eight-foot-tall robotic superhero for her annual party with husband Seal. While at New York’s Lavo, Klum told UsMagazine: “I wanted to be like an alien transformer. It took a few hours to get ready, but I was well-prepared because someone has been building it for me for quite some time. When the time came, I just put it on, but the makeup, that took a little while longer!” Klum, who had the outfit designed by Martin Izquierdo, said it wasn’t hard walking in such an over-the-top outfit. She added: “I practiced a few times…it’s not that hard!”
Heidi Klum quits Victoria’s Secret after 13 years
Supermodel Heidi Klum is reportedly quitting Victoria’s Secret after 13 years. The 37-year-old told bosses she won’t be appearing in the November show, according to US newspaper the New York Post. The mum-of-four told the publication at Paris Fashion Week: “All good things have to come to an end. “I will always love Victoria’s Secret, it’s been an absolutely amazing time.” Sources said Klum is busy with her hosting duties on Project Runway and a fitness fashion collection.

Heidi Klum: I’m always going to be a German girl at heart
Heidi Klum has revealed how she had to get her eyebrows removed, so she could look more like Marlene Dietrich for a new magazine shoot. The German-born model posed on the cover of America’s City magazine channelling the screen legend. But she added that it took a lot of work to make her look like the iconic Berlin-born actress. “We had to completely hide my eyebrows and remake them to look like Marlene Dietrich!” she told the US publication. “I give credit to my hair and make-up team on this one.” And the 37-year-old catwalk model tells the style publication that even though she now lives in the US with her husband, singer Seal and their children, she will always be German at heart. Klum, who appears on the cover of the Fall Fashion 2010 issue of the US magazine, said: “Deep down in my heart, I’m always going to be a German girl, even though I have two passports now.” She added: “I lived 18 years of my life in Germany and our children speak German and English. I’m very much German at heart.”
