Nicole Richie appeared with a group of celebs at the Alberta Ferretti Store grand opening yesterday in Los Angeles.

She and her boyfriend Joel Madden also attended H&M’s Divided Exclusive Collection Launch Party on Tuesday in West Hollywood.

The U.S. Fund for UNICEF just announced that Joel Madden, who is a UNICEF Ambassador, and Nicole Richie will be hosting UNICEF’s 2008 Beverly Hills Snowflake Lighting ceremony on Saturday, November 22. Joel and Nicole recently launched the Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation, a charity which provides funds and assistance to groups focused on improving pediatric health, education and human rights, in the U.S as well as overseas.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have attended 4 parties in the last two days. I know that the Grammys are super important and all, but you would think that they would have just attended one party and went back to their child Harlem. They do have a newborn waiting for them at home. I guess Nicole’s baby is on the bottle already.. because don’t newbornes need to be fed like 3-6 times a day? That is probably why Nicole’s breasts are swelling so much because she is no longer feeding her kid with them.

Regis said: “I hear you’re going to present Nicole with a little engagement ring or something?” Joel, who was on stage with his band ready to perform, replied: “Well I had been hoping it would be a surprise but I guess it’s not now.”

Poor Nicole nothing is ever a secret, though if he really wanted to do it slyly he wouldn’t have said anything!

BTW Nicole huge boobs are really starting to freak me out!

Wow Nicole Richie sure looks terrible these days. I guess the pregnancy is already getting to her! She is letting her roots grow obviously for the baby, and eating in public so we all think she is trying to be a good mom!

Nicole Richie, and Joel Madden, proud parents to be did a sit down interview with Diane Sawyer for “Good Morning America,” telling her that she’s gained around ten pounds since she became pregnant. She went on to say that she has been eating every hour (She doesn’t look ANY heavier though) and insisted she’s never had an eating disorder! She proudly stated that she hasn’t had any caffeine, alcohol, or drugs whatsoever. Good for baby.

Watching Diane Sawyer’s reaction made me wonder if she believed her. It also made me wonder how Hilary Duff reacted to the interview, or if she even watched it. It must be painful for her seeing the two of them all over the news. Break-ups are difficult enough for anyone, but having your ex being photographed and interviewed with a new pregnant lover just a few months after… well… that is just harsh.

Joel Madden gave an impromptu performance of a different sort when he imitated Nicole’s signature red carpet cat walk. He seemed to nail it purrrrrrrfectly.

Is it just me, or has Joel put on more pounds that Nicole since the pregnancy! LOL
