Kate Moss has reportedly splashed out on a new Porsche. The supermodel has been making the most of her millions since marrying Jamie Hince in July, with the luxury car being the latest in a line of posh purchases which is thought to include an £850,000 on a fitness centre in her £7million Highgate mansion, a vineyard in France for her hubby and a ballet room for daughter Lila Grace. A source told the Daily Star: “This new Porsche is just the tip of the iceberg for Kate. “Since she got married in July she’s been on a massive spending spree, and definitely seems to be enjoying flashing the cash. “She spent £50,000 in the south of France on an impressive getaway villa. “And she also ordered a whole new stock of fancy wines from Bordeaux to stock up her bulging wine cellar in Highgate. She just can’t seem to help herself.”

Kate Moss’ CCTV plans upset neighbours
Supermodel Kate Moss has upset her neighbours with her plans to install CCTV cameras at her and husband Jamie Hince’s North London home. The 37 year-old is starting her married life with Kills rocker Hince, 42, by refurbishing their new house in London’s Highgate area. A source told British newspaper the Daily Star: “Kate is giving her house a makeover, but locals are unhappy with her plans to install so much CCTV. “She was hoping to move in soon, but it looks like she’s going to have a fight with the council planners and neighbours first.” And Camden Council has confirmed it has received an objection from a worried neighbour. As well as installing the cameras, Moss is also planning on having a Moroccan hammam-mosaic steam room fitted. The source added: “Kate and Jamie love it and spend lots of time having steams there and chilling out. And it’s also great for her job as the world’s most successful model. It helps her skin tone.”

Kate Moss took time out from being a rock star wife to go shopping at Australia’s Splendour in the Grass festival. Kate walked out from the festival’s VIP area after she had finished watching husband Jamie Hince’s Friday afternoon set with his band, The Kills. (July 29) She spent 20 minutes at the hippy-themed teepee-based store, trying on dresses and jewellery before returning backstage. Kate was joined by Jamie who stood outside the shop with several of his mates as she shopped. The supermodel, along with new Aussie girl pal Kylie Speer, a TV presenter, were earlier spotted checking out the festival’s day spa. Kate, Jamie and Jamie’s bandmate Alison Mosshart are staying at the festival in Woodford, Queensland, on Friday night, so they can watch US rapper Kanye West. They were meant to leave to spend the night in Brisbane but decided to stay and enjoy the event. On Saturday they head to Japan to play the Fuji Rock Festival before heading to the US for more tour dates.

Model Kate Moss has said she ‘still can’t quite believe’ she’s made it in the fashion industry.
The 36-year-old star is one of Britain’s most well-known and successful models and said she didn’t think it would happen.
Asked if she always dreamt about being a model, she said: “I still can’t quite believe it, even now. I still think I’m blagging it a bit, but nobody’s cottoned on yet!”
Moss added that she had always dreamed of being a model but wasn’t sure if it was the career for her.
She said: “I was only 14, so I hadn’t got around to thinking about it.
“I had this lovely geography teacher, and I asked her whether she thought I should give modelling a try, and she said: ‘Kate, just give it a go. If it doesn’t work out, you can always go to college.’”

Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell have taken to the water to learn synchronised swimming.
Moss was said to have turned Campbell onto the sport and to have kept up practice for her underwater swim ballet moves in Thailand, where she has been holidaying.
The moves include the egg-beater, which requires a scissor-like action with the legs, and the scull thrust, which defies description.
An observer at Moss’s £3,000-a-night villa in Phuket said: “Kate has spent five days’ solid preparing for this synchronised swimming display. Underwater music was piped through her hotel pool, allowing her to practise her moves and refine the art of water ballet. Sporting a nose clip and floral swimming cap – worn ironically – she had a hotel worker download an online handbook so she could learn all the moves.”
The source continued:”Kate has perfected all the basic sculling moves and twirls, plus the eggbeater – basically treading water – but has really struggled with the crane, which requires a great deal of core strength.”
Moss invited Campbell and others to her villa to show off her movies. “The only blip in the evening was when a rather tipsy Kate tried to jump back in the pool at midnight for an impromptu solo performance. Boyfriend Jamie Hince had to physically hold her back. But Kate reckons it’s been amazing for her bum and tum, and has really firmed her up,” said the source.

Model Kate Moss has said she thinks Katie Price wears ‘too much’ perfume.
The 35-year-old beauty admitted that she watched the former glamour model’s reality show and saw her spraying too much perfume on herself.
She said: “Don’t wear too much so that it leaves a trail behind you. Have you seen Katie Price’s programme? She wears too much.
“I’ve never actually smelt it, but she sprays herself for about 10 minutes. I’m like, oh my God, what is she doing? I don’t think that’s a good look.
“It should be subtle enough that you can smell it, but not so that it’s overdone.”
Kate Moss is leaving UK to live in France
Model Kate Moss is reportedly packing her bags and leaving the UK to live in France.
The 35-year-old is said to have put down a deposit on a £20million apartment in Paris and is buying the new pad for her seven-year-old daughter Lila and boyfriend Jamie Hince.
The apartment is in an area called the Golden Triangle and is near to Chanel’s flagship store and features six bedrooms and views of the Eiffel Tower.
A source said: “Kate has told model agency bosses she wants to be at the heart of the fashion world. She loves Paris and always stays at the Ritz whenever she’s in town.
“After 34 years in London, Kate feels it’s time for a break – and cannot wait to immerse herself in the Parisian way of life. She found a gorgeous penthouse apartment in the most fashionable part of town – and immediately put an offer in, and paid the requisite deposit to hold it.
“The plan is for her and Lila to move in the spring. Initially, it will be used as a weekend getaway but she then has the option to move there full-time. Jamie has also been invited but will keep his place in the UK.
“Similarly, Kate will of course keep a base in London, in addition to her Cotswolds home – she doesn’t want to lose touch with her roots, or her mates from home.

Model Kate Moss has reportedly been teaching her daughter Lila and pal Sadie Frost’s daughter Iris how to be models.
It is claimed the 35-year-old star threw a model-themed birthday party for Sadie’s daughter Iris’s eighth birthday and showed the girls, including her own daughter Lila, seven, how to model.
A source said: “Kate had been teaching Iris and Lila Grace how to model and how to walk the catwalk properly in preparation for the party.
“They could hardly have a better teacher. All of the girls at the bash wanted to be Kate. She brought along lots of clothes for them and the girls had their hair and make-up done especially.
“Kate also presided over all of the accessories to make them look as catwalk-ready as possible.
“She was teaching them how to master her famous hip swagger and her ‘I don’t care look’. It went down so well that Iris and Lila Grace now both want to be models like Kate.”
Kate Moss has joined the Performing Rights Society
Model Kate Moss has become a part of the society that protects UK musicians and songwriters’ rights after her boyfriend Jamie Hince has reportedly mellowed to the idea of letting Kate sing in his band The Kills.
A source said: “He’s so used to hearing Kate sing at home and in karaoke and he’s tempted to give it a go. She makes no secret of wanting to record more stuff before it’s too late for her.”
The 35-year-old, who has previously co-written several songs with her ex Pete Doherty, has never before claimed money for her work, but now the society will be also be able to help her with this.
A Performing Rights Society spokesperson has said that Kate joining the society was “a smart move”.
She said: “Kate has co-written some songs with Pete Doherty and she will now be able to collect her share of royalties.
“For any future songs she writes and which are played on radio, TV or live – we will also collect the royalties due.”
She added: “Both Peter Doherty and Jamie Hince are members. We are glad to welcome Kate too.”
Kate Moss storms off GQ presenter gig
Kate Moss chucked her presenting gig back into the faces of the GQ Magazine Awards in London when she stormed out diva-style.
The 35-year-old super model was lined up to present the Woman of the Year award to singer Lily Allen.
But after host James Nesbitt’s sexual comments, she stormed out of a backstage interview room and past a shocked Allen.
Moss was seen uttering the words, “He’s so f…ing rude.” She added she would never appear on one of these “f…ing award ceremonies again”.
Moss’s exit was caught on camera by a TV crew. She was also seen being propped up by her boyfriend, Jamie Hince.
Nesbitt had said: “Kate Moss has still got it. Well, she should have, I gave it to her just before she came on stage.”
