But this is not in a bad way. It seems that ever since Danii Minogue and Kris Smith have become parents, their number one priority is their little son Ethan. This is what Danii Minogue’s husband had to say on the matter: “There are no words that could describe how it feels to be a dad. It turns your life upside down and nothing is ever the same, and you never, ever want it any other way. Ethan dictates everything that goes on in our lives now, and he’s the happiest, most amazing baby ever.” Whatever makes Danii Minogue and Kris Smith happy… some other parents might actually learn a thing or two from this. They at least seem highly responsible about it.
Kylie Minogue Thinking of Vegas Residency
Kylie Minogue thinks that her latest concert tour “Aphrodite: Les Folies Tour” would translate well on a more permanent basis on a Las Vegas stage and it is being said that the Australian pop singer is considering a residency in Sin City. Kylie recently said “I’ve got my Las Vegas show right here. We’ve been talking about it so if I do a residency I definitely have the show for it. It’s crazy. I definitely can’t top this one. I’m so pleased with it. I didn’t have anybody backstage shouting in my earpiece to say, ‘This isn’t working,’ or, ‘Scrap this section.’ A lot has been made of the splash zone but there’s a lot more to the show than just water. It’s important to have moments when the music takes over.” I think she can make it in Vegas. I’d definitely go and see her.

Kylie Minogue met her nephew for the first time
Kylie’s sister, Danii Minogue gave birth to a beautiful baby boy last week, in Melbourne, Australia, that she and her boyfriend named Ethan. At the moment Kylie is on her European tour promoting her new album “Aphrodite”, but she could not wait to meet her new nephew in person, so she asked her sister to beam him across the web. Kylie was delighted with his nephew and said that he is gorgeous. Kylie confessed that seeing her sister pregnant made her think about having a baby. The 41 year old singer is now dating Andres Velencoso , a Spanish model.
Danii gave birth to a baby boy
Danii Monigue , Kylie Minogue’s sister, have birth to a baby boy on Monday (05.07.10) in Melbourne. Danii has moved back home to Australia with her boyfriend Kris Smith after she got pregnant. This is the couple’s first child, and they named their son Ethan Edward Smith. Both the baby and mother are doing fine, and the daddy, well, he’s just proud! Danii confessed that she did not think of getting pregnant and having a baby, until it just happened. Kris was of a very big help to her during the pregnancy, supporting her, and loving her. Kylie will be heading home soon to meet her new nephew.

The 42-year old Australian singer talked about the beginning of her career, the day before announcing her breast cancer diagnosis, her last album ‘X’ and her most treasured of her father’s advices. Kylie shared “My dad has always said since the very beginning, ‘Kylie, you know you can say no to any of this. You can walk away from the whole thing if you want.’ But I’m a people-pleaser. ‘No’ doesn’t come naturally to me.” That she is! Even cancer couldn’t bring her down. I’m an even bigger fan of her because of that.
Dannii Minogue will be returning to The X Factor
Only for a short while, true, but still it’s better than nothing, especially since they probably managed to convince Cheryl Cole to get back as well. Dannii Minogue will be appearing in September, two months after she will have given birth and Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh will be there too. But after that it’s bye-bye work, as Dannii Minogue says: “After baby’s born, I’ll absolutely switch off. You have to. I just want to have the baby, shut the door, and take some time off work. That’s it.” Apparently she will be replaced by Melanie B and two other celebrities. Well, it sure seems like she’s a hard piece to find if they have to get three others to take her place.
Kylie Minogue never wants to stop performing
There’s dedication for you… although it probably rules out the possibility of auntie Kylie Minogue ever having any kids of her own, or getting married. It seems that the singer is very serious on continuing her career forever, especially since she recently released her eleventh album. This is what Kylie Minogue said on the matter: “I can see me going out with a purple rinse. And one of my greatest idols, Dolly Parton, keeps on doing it. We’ll see.” Just as long as she doesn’t turn into a new Cher or a new Madonna, Kylie Minogue will be just fine… as far as pop stars go, at least.

It seems that the singer will be having her own reality show that will last the whole period of her pregnancy and for which Danii Minogue will be getting paid no less than 300 000 dollars. But she recently denied rumors of such a show with a small twitter post that reads “Not true!” So what’s the deal? Is Danii Minogue renegotiating the terms of her show? After all… her pregnancy must be worth more than just 300 000… what kind of trust fund is she going to set up for her child with that kind of money?

Christmas is coming up and it seems everybody is anxious about putting something out on the market. Next up is Kylie Minogue who is working on some new tracks with Taio Cruz who said the following about her upcoming Christmas package: “I’ve done a few tracks with Kylie which sound amazing and very dancey, but that’s because most things right now are – I’m making it very current.” We wouldn’t want Kylie Minogue to actually start singing something that isn’t current… something that she might actually want to sing, of course not. Where would the world be today if singers actually followed their own inclinations instead of making the stuff that sells? A large number of swingers would probably be bored out of their wit.
