Kylie’s sister, Danii Minogue gave birth to a beautiful baby boy last week, in Melbourne, Australia, that she and her boyfriend named Ethan. At the moment Kylie is on her European tour promoting her new album “Aphrodite”, but she could not wait to meet her new nephew in person, so she asked her sister to beam him across the web. Kylie was delighted with his nephew and said that he is gorgeous. Kylie confessed that seeing her sister pregnant made her think about having a baby. The 41 year old singer is now dating Andres Velencoso , a Spanish model.

Danii Monigue , Kylie Minogue’s sister, have birth to a baby boy on Monday (05.07.10) in Melbourne. Danii has moved back home to Australia with her boyfriend Kris Smith after she got pregnant. This is the couple’s first child, and they named their son Ethan Edward Smith. Both the baby and mother are doing fine, and the daddy, well, he’s just proud! Danii confessed that she did not think of getting pregnant and having a baby, until it just happened. Kris was of a very big help to her during the pregnancy, supporting her, and loving her. Kylie will be heading home soon to meet her new nephew.

Kylie Minogue is featured on the cover of the June/July issue of BlackBook magazine. The 42-year old Australian singer talked about the beginning of her career, the day before announcing her breast cancer diagnosis, her last album ‘X’ and her most treasured of her father’s advices. Kylie shared “My dad has always said since the very beginning, ‘Kylie, you know you can say no to any of this. You can walk away from the whole thing if you want.’ But I’m a people-pleaser. ‘No’ doesn’t come naturally to me.” That she is! Even cancer couldn’t bring her down. I’m an even bigger fan of her because of that.

Only for a short while, true, but still it’s better than nothing, especially since they probably managed to convince Cheryl Cole to get back as well. Dannii Minogue will be appearing in September, two months after she will have given birth and Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh will be there too. But after that it’s bye-bye work, as Dannii Minogue says: “After baby’s born, I’ll absolutely switch off. You have to. I just want to have the baby, shut the door, and take some time off work. That’s it.” Apparently she will be replaced by Melanie B and two other celebrities. Well, it sure seems like she’s a hard piece to find if they have to get three others to take her place.

There’s dedication for you… although it probably rules out the possibility of auntie Kylie Minogue ever having any kids of her own, or getting married. It seems that the singer is very serious on continuing her career forever, especially since she recently released her eleventh album. This is what Kylie Minogue said on the matter: “I can see me going out with a purple rinse. And one of my greatest idols, Dolly Parton, keeps on doing it. We’ll see.” Just as long as she doesn’t turn into a new Cher or a new Madonna, Kylie Minogue will be just fine… as far as pop stars go, at least.

It seems that the singer will be having her own reality show that will last the whole period of her pregnancy and for which Danii Minogue will be getting paid no less than 300 000 dollars. But she recently denied rumors of such a show with a small twitter post that reads “Not true!” So what’s the deal? Is Danii Minogue renegotiating the terms of her show? After all… her pregnancy must be worth more than just 300 000… what kind of trust fund is she going to set up for her child with that kind of money?

Christmas is coming up and it seems everybody is anxious about putting something out on the market. Next up is Kylie Minogue who is working on some new tracks with Taio Cruz who said the following about her upcoming Christmas package: “I’ve done a few tracks with Kylie which sound amazing and very dancey, but that’s because most things right now are – I’m making it very current.” We wouldn’t want Kylie Minogue to actually start singing something that isn’t current… something that she might actually want to sing, of course not. Where would the world be today if singers actually followed their own inclinations instead of making the stuff that sells? A large number of swingers would probably be bored out of their wit.

Kylie Minogue’s boyfriend Andres Velencoso has denied reports he is set to walk down the aisle with the pop princess.

Andres, 31, has been dating the 41-year-old Aussie star for the past year and there were recent reports that the couple were planning to wed.

Asked about the rumours, Andres laughingly said: “I don’t know where they get that information but no, I’m not getting married.

“Well, I guess that I will one day but it’s not in my immediate plans.”

However the model, who is making his design debut for Grey Goose, said that he does want to become a dad one day.

He said: “Yes, I want to have children.”

The singer has recently been helping out with her future father-in-law’s restaurant which was left understaffed. A source said the following about Kylie Minogue’s new “hobby”: “Andres’ dad has been having great difficulty finding staff. Kylie is keen to get in with the in-laws so she volunteered to narrow down applicants. But it’s a family business and there are concerns she’s stepping on a few toes. On top of this, her interview technique is not exactly thorough and a lot of applicants are simply coming to stare at their idol.” It looks like Kylie Minogue is stepping a bit beyond her boundaries, but hey, this is all easier than just singing at the restaurant to draw in extra guests, isn’t it?

Kylie Minogue wowed the audience Saturday in Berlin Germany at the Echo Awards an event for musicians around the globe (how many awards shows do we really need?). She really is looking fabulous since recovering from her cancer treatment doesn’t she? Blue is definitely her colour! I am starting to think that Kylie has either gone under the knife or had some sort of botox because she looks way too fabulous for her age!
