Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus went out for lunch together and unfortunately for Nick… got into a little fender bender accident on the way out. How embarrassing for him. It’s bad enough getting into an accident, worse to have it caught on tape. Watch the dude at the end. He seems serious!

Motley Crue bandmate Nikki Sixx was out and about with LA Ink’s Kat Von D. The couple have been together for a year now and still seem crazy in love. This picture snapped by the paparazzi was taken when they were having coffee together the other day in Malibu.

Just this past February, Nikki apologized for making a female fan cry at one of the band’s concerts, after admitting that the bottle the fan threw back at him was the very same one he threw to the audience.

He introduced the band’s next song on stage and then tossed a plastic water bottle out to the fans. The same bottle was then thrown back at the stage, almost hitting him.

Nikki might be the subject of a cold case that may be re-opened thanks to a recent interview by another of his bandmates.

In a new Hustler magazine interview, drummer Tommy Lee talked about the band’s early days – when they used to hang out at the club Whisky a Go Go. He opened up a 25-year-old mystery that left a police officer’s car soaked with urine.

Lee said:

“There was this unmanned cop car parked in the alley behind the Whisky, and Nikki picked up this stick and smashed in the f—ing window. He took a piss inside the f—ing cop car.”

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department told WENN:

“It’s not clear whether this is still an open case or whether the officer involved closed it out. If it’s still open, it will be investigated.”

Madonna arrived in Malawi earlier this week with all of her children — David, 3, Lourdes 12, and Rocco, 8. She created quite an impression with her arrival when she flew in on her private jet and debarked from the plane wearing a 2000K Channel track suit.

Liz Rosenberg, Madonna’s rep has now confirmed that she is trying to adopt a 4 year old girl named Chifundo “Mercy” James.

According to the AP release, the girl’s birth mom was 18, unmarried young teenager who died soon after she gave birth. The child’s birth father is thought to be alive but has little contact with his daughter as she has been living in an orphanage.

Madonna spent time visiting the child care center her charity founded as well as took her adopted son David to meet his biological father for the first time since he left Malawi with her back in 2006.

“Madonna is committed to maintaining an ongoing relationship with David’s Malawian roots,” Madonna’s statement added.

The judge in the case has delayed the hearing due to the negative publicity surrounding Madonna’s wishes to fast-track the adoption of another child from the country.

Rihanna’s car was pulled over early Thursday morning in Hollywood after leaving the nightclub, Les Deux!

After being swarmed by paparazzi, the vehicle she was riding in was stopped by police for missing a front license plate and window tinting.

Rihanna has been out and about a lot lately trying to be seen without Chris Brown even though they reconciled and were together both in Miami and L.A. AFTER he was charged with assaulting her. A source says Rihanna, and Chris are now spending time apart:

“They are taking some time off; they haven’t broken up but they are taking a break.”

Everyone knows she took him back, she’s just waiting for the right time to go public … thing is… how long will she keep her distance from him? Going out with her girlfriends and hanging out in VIP booths isn’t fooling any of us.

This does NOT surprise me.

Despite the stink of the scandal surrounding Chris Brown, his “career” does not seem to have been affected by his alleged beat down of Rihanna.

According to Soundscan, sales of Brown’s latest album, Exclusive, have remained steady in the weeks both before and after his assault on her.

The album has been selling approximately 3,000 copies a week in the U.S. since late January.

Disturbing isn’t it?

TMZ is reporting that Chris Brown may try to strike a plea, but only to a misdemeanor and with no jail time.

They are saying his attorneys have consulted law school professors who say Rihanna’s own aggressiveness removes it from the felony category.

“Sources say Rihanna was the first one to strike — slapping and striking Brown “numerous times” while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman. And Rihanna was fighting Brown as he punched and hurt her. We’re told much of this is reflected in the official police report based on what Rihanna told cops. As a result, they say, this is not a case that demands a felony plea.”

Amy Winehouse just got back from a relaxing two-month Caribbean vacation and according to police and her rep, was charged with assault Thursday for allegedly attacking a fan at an end-of-summer ball in London last Sept. 26th.

Dancer Sherene Flash had told tabloid newspapers that she was hit in the eye by the much-talked about retro-soul singer after asking to take her picture at the Berkeley Ball, a charity function held in central London’s Berkeley Square.

Amy’s spokesman Chris Goodman said Friday that she went voluntarily to the police station, where she was arrested and charged. Police issued a statement saying she’s been released and is due to appear in court on March 17th.

It’s been reported that Rihanna has gotten back together with Chris and her people told Entertainment tonight that if called, she will testify against him.

TMZ is reporting that she allegedly told cops this wasn’t the first time he beat her. She said he had gotten physical in the past, and the violence was getting worse.

The detective’s notes were made public and they described all about that awful night in quite graphic detail.

Today Chris made his much anticipated appearance in court, he was charged with two felonies: assault and making a criminal threat. He may face up to 4 years and 8 months in prison if he is convicted on both charges. The entire thing lasted about 4 minutes as his attorney asked for the court date to be postponed. No reason why. It may be to conduct further investigations or possibly to strike a plea deal.

Jamie Spears has filed documents stating that taking care of his daughter Britney is more than a full time job. He says he puts in between 60-70 hours per week and that justifies why the court is allowing him $16,000 a month as a salary.

In a declaration to the conservatorship commissioner that he filed last Friday, pappy Spears wrote that he deals with anywhere from 200 – 400 communications every day to coordinate his daughter’s schedule/life.

Jamie says he is making sure that all aspects of Britney’s tour (that kicks off tonight) runs smoothly, and he also coordinates Britney’s “medical, health, business, costuming, personal, security, household staff, and legal matters (touching upon entertainment, music, family law litigation, the resolution of numerous disputes, and the ongoing litigation and conservatorship matters.”

Hmm, guess I should be more appreciative of my parents. Mine did all that for my sister and me because… they love us!

Adnan Ghalib, the paparazzi ex-boyfriend of Britney Spears is now charged with three felonies because he smashed his car into a process server a couple weeks ago. There’s also a warrant out for his arrest.

The L.A. County District Attorney has charged him with with the following:
assault with a deadly weapon
battery
hit and run

Adnan hit the man who was a process server who was reportedly trying to serve him with legal papers on behalf of Britney Spears. The incident happened in an alley and after being struck by Adnans’ car the server landed on the hood and held on to avoid being rammed into a garbage truck while the freak kept on driving!

Not a smart move on Adnan’s part. What’s wrong with just accepting the documents?

Chris Brown’s biological father is the latest family member that has something to say about the ’situation’ that is going on between Chris Brown and Rihanna.

Clinton Brown, a 44-year-old corrections officer, told People:

“He’s reflecting on this situation. He’s very remorseful. He’s very concerned about the situation and he wants to make sure that [Rihanna's] okay. This is unfortunate, this stumble, this situation. Hopefully, he will get past it. We all have our shortcomings. We all trip… This music industry is very unforgiving when it comes to having indiscretions. He will continue to be a good person. He loves people. And like most of us, most humans, things will occur. And hopefully a person won’t be judged simply on that alone.”

“This music industry is very unforgiving when it comes to having indiscretions”. I disagree with Daddy Brown referring to this assault as a “stumble” or a “shortcoming”. His son hit a woman. This is not some minor thing.

Not a good enough apology, and besides, actions speak louder than second hand words. It will be interesting to see when and if his baby boy will man up. Chris beat her up, shouting “I’m gonna kill you” loud enough so that an 911 operator can hear, then splits the scene.

He hires a celebrity attorney to drive him to the police station as he hides under a blanket to sneak in the back door. He bailed out after 45 minutes or so, and then takes off in a private jet to Vegas for a few days.

Sensitive move.
