The Gap had contemplated removing smiling portraits of Jennifer Hudson from their new holiday ads campaign after the tragedy of her losing 3 of her family members this past October 24th. The photos were taken this past July due to her hectic work schedule, but she insisted on going through with the campaign. The new print, store and billboard ads were revealed this past Thursday. The above photo is one of the images.

Olivia Doyne, director of engagement marketing and public relations for Gap, said Friday:

“We felt that it was really important first and foremost to respect what she wanted to do, so as long as she felt comfortable with her campaign being out there, we felt comfortable.”

The bodies of Jennifer’s 57-year-old mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, 29-year-old Jason Hudson, were found in the family’s Chicago home. The body of her 7-year-old nephew Julian King — the son of Hudson’s sister Julia — was discovered three days later in a car on Chicago’s West Side.

No charges have been filed to date although a person of interest remains in jail on parole violations unrelated to the murders.

Suge Knight filed a lawsuit on September 12th in US Bankruptcy Court in L.A. His court documents claim that three years ago, Kanye had a pre-MTV VMA party at The Shore Club in Miami. It was at this party that not only was he shot in his upper leg, he also lost a 15-carat, $135,000 diamond stud earring and he wants to hold Kanye responsible because he allowed someone to smuggle a gun past the security.

Suge says because of his bullet injury he had to fly by private jet back from Miami, and wants to be compensated for the medical bill and: “for damages for the loss of use and enjoyment of the earring.”

Suge is bankrupt, but his attorneys have worked out some sort of deal with the Court which will let him have a percentage of any monies he collects from the suit!

The Chicago Tribune is reporting that William Balfour, who so far is the only suspect in the Hudson family murder case has supposedly told his girlfriend he was involved in the murders of Hudson’s mother and brother.

Balfour’s girlfriend went and told police what he told her. The Tribune also quotes sources saying Balfour “acknowledged being at Hudson’s Englewood home” on the morning Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother were shot to death inside, and Jennifer’s nephew was abducted and later killed.

Balfour has so far not been charged with any crime. Monday morning there will be a decision by the Illinois Prisoner Review Board as to whether he violated the terms of his parole, and if they decide he hasn’t, he could get his ‘get out of jail’ card tomorrow and walk.

Chicago police have refused to comment publicly on this stunning revelation by his girlfriend.

She was supposed to meet with the police earlier in the week with regard to her alleged punching of a fan last month. After she asked Amy for an autograph, Serene Flash is claiming that Amy punched her in the face!

Since she didn’t show up for the hearing she may be facing additional disciplinary action. Hopefully she’ll realize the seriousness of her bad behaviour. The timing of this latest stunt could be a major problem for her since her beloved Blaaaaake is due to be released this December. Imagine if she has to go to jail and he’s released, it may send her over the edge.

A 19-year-old hacker who published provocative pictures of Miley Cyrus several months ago (one of them was this one here) was raided by the FBI Monday morning in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

The hacker, Josh Holly, had been bragging online about breaking into her e-mail account and stealing her photos. He also gave interviews to bloggers and others about how the authorities would never find him because he moved around so much.

Well … the FBI did find him and, after speaking with him for over an hour about his stunts, served him with a search warrant and a list of items to be seized (which was posted at the hacking site digitalgangster.com after Holly showed it to a friend).

After conducting an extensive search, they left with three computers and Holly’s phone. Some hours after the raid, Holly phoned Threat Level from his sister’s phone to report what had happened to him.

He hasn’t been arrested or charged with a crime yet.

TMZ is reporting that her producers, Trackmasters have filed a lawsuit against her. They are stating that they did virtually everything they could for the rap diva but in the end she didn’t show them any respect. In the documents they state that they helped pay her $200K debt to her ex-record label, started a company with $1.6 mil called Brookland just for her, and transferred their offices near her New Jersey mansion.

She laid down a few tracks but then wanted to cancel her contract and rewrite a new one with Brookland, insisting that Akon and Wyclef be able to get in on the action with her. When producers declined, she tried to do the flex by jacking five tracks in an attempt to take them to another label.

Kim’s reps have not yet responded although really, she’s a bad gurl what did they expect?!!

Adnan Ghalib has told Star Magazine that there is no sex tape. He went on to say that Heat Magazine made up the quotes and that he never filmed himself and Britney: He said:

“I don’t know where these quotes I’m supposed to have said have come from. What I do know is they certainly didn’t come from me and they are completely false. I’m extremely upset and distressed and I’m taking legal action… This story has caused a lot of hurt to my family and people close to me.”

This guy has balls. He used to earn a living taking pics of celebs that were usually attached to a ridiculous story about the celeb which hurts that celeb and the celeb’s family as well.

Now he knows what it’s like being on the other side of the cam and says he’s going to sue??

R. Kelly sat down for his first interview since his acquittal related to child porn charges. He sat down and had a chat with BET News correspondent Toure, who asked him:

“Do you like teenage girls?”

Kelly’s first response was:

“When you say teenage, how old are we talking?”

After stunning the interviewer with that question, R. Kelly clarified:

“I have some 19-year-old friends. But I don’t like anybody illegal, if that’s what we’re talking about, underage.”

Interesting.  He reminds me of former president Bill Clinton: “how do you define a ’sexual’ relationship?”

Kanye’s blog on Friday had this to say about the now famous airport incident:

“We back in the lab!!! I’m cool with the paparazzi. This guy wasn’t cool. I gotta work now… I’ll rant later!”

TMZ is now reporting that he may not even be charged since it was his assistant who did the most damage. He broke two cameras totaling around $8400. California laws state that damaging property worth more than $400 is considered a felony.

Kanye only broke a camera light which is worth $100 which amounts to a misdemeanor, so his assistant will more than likely be charged with a felony.

If any of us average people pulled a similar stunt like that in an airport on 9/11, we’d be up on federal terror charges! I don’t know when it happened but Kanye and Diddy have turned into whiny a** beyotches, so much for their street cred.

Nikki Blonsky who starred in Hairspray, and her dad were arrested on assault charges Friday after getting into a brawl with the family of America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden in a Caribbean airport.

Nikki was released on bail, while her father, Carl Blonsky, remained in jail. Bianca was also arrested and released on bail. Her mom Elaine was reportedly hospitalized with serious injuries.

Sgt. Calvin Chase from the Providenciales Police Department in the Turks and Caicos Islands said :

“Things got out of hand in an argument over seats in the departure lounge, and several people were involved in an altercation. “There were some injuries involved.”

Nikki has been charged with assault with actual bodily harm, which carries a maximum sentence of two years, and common assault, also known as threat of assault, with a 90-day maximum term.

Her father Carl was charged with grevious bodily harm, which means that the victim was injured so severely they needed immediate medical care. The charge carries a five-year maximum sentence. He will be staying in jail for nine days until a hearing is set on his bail, says Chase.

Bianca Golden was charged with assault with actual bodily harm.

Supposedly it was over seating arrangements in the departure lounge. How embarrassing for all of them. What fools! Like… really, get up and move to another area. There should be plenty of room to comfortably seat everyone! I’ve heard of road rage, but airport seating rage?!! Disturbing.
