Taylor Swift shared some of her thoughts and experiences about her previous relationships to Prom Magazine for their spring issue. She’s also the issue’s cover girl.

“I was 15 and the oldest out of all my friends to have not kissed a guy,” she tells the magazine. She went on to say that because her first kiss came later to her than the rest of her friends, she doesn’t hold back and writes what she thinks and feels:

“I like to write about boys and relationships, I write songs about the things that happen to me, because it helps me figure them out. Writing songs is like breathing for me.”

Swift used to date Joe Jonas, of the Jonas Brothers, but these days, one of her celebrity crushes is Gossip Girl’s Chace Crawford.

Wonder if he ever hears about this would his people get in contact with her people so that he could ask her out to make her dream come true?!

Hilary Duff is Maxim’s cover girl and she is setting the record straight on some of the rumours written about her.

She tells Maxim Magazine’s January 2009 that she never claimed to be a virgin, as was written in 2006:

“You know what? I was quoted saying I was a virgin, but I absolutely did not say that. That’s nobody’s business but my own.”

“I’ve been accused by the press of giving lap dances at clubs,” she says. “I mean, little ol’ me? It’s shocking… And they’re so descriptive about these lap dances. I don’t even know how to do a lap dance!”

She talks about her sexy new music video for the single Reach Out:

“I was ready to do something different. The intent was not to be overtly sexual; I’m not naked. I do have little shorts on in it.”

And on her much talked about engagement to hockey player boyfriend Mike Comrie:

“I’m a relationship person. Now it’s all over the Internet that I’m getting engaged to my boyfriend. The truth is, I just like to wear rings!”

A sparkly cane fit for a prince!

Prince is one of the rare breed of artist that has won multiple Grammys over the past 20 years. He is also in the category of being one of the few artists from the 1980’s still making award winning (and very popular) music.

He has sold more than 25 albums.

Word has it that the legendary singer has been going door-to-door all over LA in an attempt to spread the word of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Prince told last week’s New Yorker that he became part of the Christian denomination two years ago and has made it his mission to get out there and knock on as many doors as possible.

He said:

“Sometimes people act surprised, but mostly they’re totally cool about it,”

He explains his conversion as something of “a realization: “

It’s like Morpheus and Neo in ‘The Matrix.’ “

How cool would it be to have Prince show up at your doorstep on a random afternoon? I’d definitely invite him inside to hear what he had to say.

CosmoGirl announced last month that it was folding and they have chosen Taylor Swift as their cover girl for their December/January double issue.

Taylor won the title of Favorite Female Country Artist last night at the AMAs and now she is featured on the cover as well as a five-page spread. She also wins the coveted lead position in the magazine’s annual Born To Lead honors section. Taylor was photographed for the article in New York’s Central Park.

Taylor Swift: Insider Special Edition, a special episode of CMT Insider, premieres this Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, at 10AM ET. She will also make an appearance on The Tonight Show on December 5th for a performance and interview.

Rihanna has had a busy calendar this month showing up here there and everywhere. She was at two functions yesterday for the launch of the Tattoo Heart Collection at the Plaza Hotel, and also at the UNICEF Snowflake Lighting Ceremony in NYC.

She told People about the meaning of the new tattoo on her hand saying:

“It’s tribal. It represents strength and love. It hurt like hell!”

Tribal tats do as much for me as a mullet hairstyle… not my thang, although I’m loving her outfit.

Jessica Simpson and her boyfriend Tony Romo have been together for almost a year. He seems to have had quite an impact on her life and her feelings about love. She sat down for an interview with Cosmopolitan for the December issue which hits stands November 11th and talked about their relationship and what he means to her:

“I’d always fall for guys I wanted to save… for the first time, I fell in love with someone who saved me.” Saved her from ….? Why didn’t she explain herself? Why be so vague?!

I hadn’t realized Nick Lachey, Adam Levine from Maroon 5, or John Mayer wanted to be saved… and again I ask myself what she meant? Saved from what? This savior attitude she had going on is probably why those relationships ended.

She went on to say about her future with Tony: “I think any person who I’m gonna date for longer than six months, I definitely am investing in something long-term. If I get married again, then it will be the last time.”

Her marriage to Nick lasted only 3 years, from 2002 to 2005. Is that why she left him… because she couldn’t get the job done? She says Nick:

“will always be a part of my life, but next time, I’m marrying the right one.”

I don’t remember reading anything from Nick on their relationship and marriage breakdown. I wish she would have remained silent about him as well. She seems to have taken one too many digs at him, and it’s uncalled for since he’s been so respectful of her since things ended between them.

Zac and Vanessa wowed their fans into a frenzy at a press conference in Mexico City last Thursday for their latest movie-musical High School Musical 3: Senior Year.

Vanessa wore a gorgeous purple slip dress from Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent. It’ll be available in stores next month if any of you are interested!

Zac was recently asked what was the highlight of his entire HSM experience was and his reply to CosmoGirl was:

“I think that one of the moments that we all look back on as pretty amazing was in the first movie, when we filmed “We’re All in This Together.” We were all in our elements in that moment. It was the time of our lives and that was the beginning of it all. Another standout moment for the whole cast — I know it was for me — was the finale of the third movie, the very last thing we shot. It was very surreal to look at how far we had come.”

Katy Perry sat down for an interview and talked about her personal life in the new issue of Blender magazine, and what she had to say about her parents was rather interesting. Her parents who today are ministers have a very colourful past. Her dad used to be a druggie:

“My dad would have died from one tab of Strawberry Fields (LSD) too many if he hadn’t found God.”

Her mom, Mary Hudson, had one date with guitar legend Jimi Hendrix after having left home to “travel the world.” She ended up in Spain in a club one night and that is when Hendrix approached her. Katy says:

“He just came up to her in a club and picked her out.”

Her mother who is also an evangelical Christian preacher does not like her hit song I Kissed a Girl, as she feels it promotes “sin.”

Wonder if she is just rebelling or if it’s because she comes from former wild child parents?

Selena Gomez talked with TV Guide for their upcoming issue recently and tried to dispel the rumours about her dating Nick Jonas.

She sort of dealt with it, but not really:
“I’ve gotten really close to the entire Jonas family this past year,” she tells the magazine. “Nick and I are getting to know each other, but we’re not confirming anything.”

She also insisted that “there’s no feud” between her and fellow Disney star Miley Cyrus. The YouTube clip that triggered the rumors: “was completely blown out of proportion. That video was ages ago, and it’s so irrelevant and not important to everything else going on.”

She left a not so subtle hint to all her Disney fans reminding them she has her faults just like other teens her age: “I’m going to do the best that I can do, but I am 16 and I am going to make mistakes – no one’s perfect.”

She also talked about Transformers star Shia LaBeouf:

“I’ve had a crush on him ever since he was on Even Stevens,” Gomez admits. “It’s very far-fetched, but I would love to have Shia on Wizards.”

Lovely…wonder what if anything Nick thinks of that?

For the September issue of Vibe magazine, interviewer Elliot Wilson asked 15 questions of Jay-Z. Towards the end of the interview and after hearing Jay-Z refer to Beyoncé as a “friend” the last question was:

“You said your ‘friend,’ but this is your wife. Are you still not willing to confirm?”

“That’s ridiculous for me to confirm,” replies Jay-Z. “I don’t have … I’m gonna say, I think that was a ridiculous question. I just think it’s really a part of your life that you gotta keep to yourself.”

He did share his reason for trying to guard his privacy and why there has been no public confirmation of their union. He said:

“You have to, or you’ll go insane in this type of business. You have to have something that’s sacred to you and the people around you.

“I shared so much of my life, my childhood, and my family, the death of my nephew with the world. I should have something to hold on to. You need something for your sanity … to say, Okay, I could chill out, and this is it.

He did admit to being in an exclusive relationship saying it’s :

“part of maturing, right? You have the right people around you, and if that person around you is your friend, then you just wanna carry it like that. You get to a point when you could let people into your circle, and that’s it.”
