Julia Roberts has been named the Most Beautiful Person in the world, according to reports.

The Pretty Woman star, 42, topped the People magazine list for the fourth time.

“She’s as beautiful as ever,” the film’s director, Garry Marshall, told the publication.

“She’s much more centered and calm now and not so stressed. She is quite the mum – very nurturing.”

It is the 12th time that Roberts, the new face of Lancôme cosmetics, has been named one of the world’s 100 Most Beautiful people by the American magazine.

The mum-of-three, who lives in New Mexico with husband Danny Moder, 41, said her family keeps her grounded.

“Looking at my family is like a deep, cleansing breath,” she told People.

“I am very blessed, and I try to show my gratitude each day…”

The award-winning actress will next be seen in new movie Eat Pray Love, based on the best-selling memoir by Elizabeth Gilbert, which is due to be released in the US in August.

Talking about Roberts, Gilbert said: “Nothing can prepare you for how beautiful Julia Roberts is.

“She always seems lit from within, like a magical creature.”

The row over Demi Moore’s cover shoot for W magazine has taken another twist.

A Korean sister issue of the mag reportedly “plumped up” the star’s hip. Many observers alleged W trimmed it down, a claim Moore and the magazine denied.

Photographer Anthony Citrano, who claimed the original images were retouched, wrote on his blog: “Did W’s Korean team add in a fake hip because they just kinda thought it looked awkward? Or did they merely reveal a hip that was already there?”

W, meanwhile, said the magazine “did not do anything unusual or out of the ordinary” to the photo, adding: “Demi is an extraordinary beautiful woman and we feel our cover reflects that.”

It’s not profound stuff, then again, what can a 20 year old from California that’s grown up doing Disney movies have to say? She’s young, and I don’t think she has any profound political views yet, though as she matures, it will be interesting to read more of what she has to say. I’m looking forward to her doing action film, I think that would be a great direction for her to go in, especially with her big ‘goat toe’ enabling her to climb anything !!

The buzzing is that Jessica Simpson’s record label has dropped her, since her name is noticeably absent from the rosters of Columbia Nashville and Sony Music Nashville. OK! Magazine has apparently done some investigating and they are now reporting they called the receptionist at Jessica’s label who told them she has “come off the label.”

I remember reading when her country album first came out that it hit #1 on the charts! I was surprised and happy for her. So what the eff is going on? #1 on the charts to getting dropped from the label?

No official statements have been released… yet.

She is earning an income from her shoe, clothing, accessories, etc lines though!

Complex has called Kanye West “The Most Influential Brand In The Universe.”

Kanye tells Complex his thoughts on why people are curious about his sexuality:

“I really think it’s because society tries to dictate the way a guy is supposed to dress and the way a guy is supposed to act, and I refuse to conform. A lot of these dudes would never be accused of being gay just because they all look exactly alike. If people could just realize the amount of mundaneness and followers that lack creativity… I think people’s mentality is like, Only gay people are that creative. And it’s true there are a lot of gay people who are incredible creative minds, but there are straight people who are incredible creative minds—and there’s gay people who can’t dress or create at all, too. Be-jeweling and dazzling your eyes isn’t something handsome men do. They don’t have a faux-facade.

It seems to me that lately all his influences or inspirations seem to come from a lot of jokes… at his expense. This photo looks as if he got flour-bombed by PETA.

Madonna has supposedly kicked Jesus Luz’s a** to the curb.

I wonder if it’s because she read the scandalous Daily Star report on what lingerie model Luciana Costa had to say about her and Jesus spending a romantic weekend together in Brazil?

Or could it be because Madonna didn’t want her relationship with a cheatin’ toy boy affecting her chances of adopting another child from Malawi? Madonna recently was quoted saying:

“Many people, especially our Malawian friends, say that David should have a Malawian brother or sister. It’s something I have been considering, but would only do if I had the support of the Malawian people and government.”

Some inside source close to Madonna told the Daily Star:

“She was drawn to Jesus. But it was just a bit of fun and she’s enjoyed herself, but she is growing bored of the relationship and her family comes first. He would ruin her chances of adopting again. And the pictures of him with Luciana made her realize that he’ll be better suited to somebody his own age.”

Here is Britney poolside at the Mandarin Oriental pool getting a pedicure. She is currently in the midst of her Circus tour but has a few days off relaxing with her children, visiting sick kids in the hospital, and going shopping at the Spanish Mediterranean-styled mall, Merrick Park in Coral Gables.

“Britney looked so fresh and was so nice,” a source at high-end shoe store, Jimmy Choo told PEOPLE:

“She bought shoes, sunglasses and bags and thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience.”

Another mall retailer said: “Britney looked really relaxed and happy.”

Her tour resumes again tonight where she’ll be performing at Nassau Coliseum in New York before doing two nights in Newark, N.J.

Kelly Clarkson is on the cover of the April 2009 issue of Blender magazine. My question to the magazine is “why would a magazine ask such dumb questions?” I’ll have to check out the issue to make sure they talked about her album while they were discussing her urinary habits and nudity.

Interestingly enough, she didn’t seem to be offended at all by these questions. That is what makes her so …. oddly normal!

Taylor Swift is on the cover of the March 2009 of Rolling Stone.

The article’s caption reads, “The world’s biggest new pop star is a little bit country, a little bit rock & roll, and all control freak.”

Nashville’s little princess took to her blog to talk about how honored she is to be on the famed magazine’s cover. She said:

“I’m so excited, I can’t even stand it. It’s on news stands now, and I haven’t seen it yet because I’m in London, but I just can’t believe I get to be on the cover of Rolling Stone. Wow. This is crazy.”

I’m not loving her hairstyle for the cover photo as it’s normally so sleek and shiny, but whatever, she’s a talented girl and it’s nice to see she’s thrilled and excited to be recognized.
