Mila Kunis has revealed she finds nothing more attractive than confidence. The Black Swan actress, who recently split from Macauley Culkin after eight years, said she rates the personality trait even higher than looks. She told Cosmopolitan: “Confidence, not cockiness. Knowing who you are is confidence. Cockiness is knowing who you are and pushing it down everyone’s throat … Looks go; they fade. I don’t think looks matter.” She also described which parts of her previous co-stars were the best to kiss. “Justin [Timberlake]‘s upper lip. Natalie (Portman)’s bottom lip… Ashton [Kutcher]‘s stubble … James [Franco]‘s chin … and Jason [Segel]‘s teeth.” Kunis locked lips with Timberlake in Friends With Benefits; played Kutcher’s boyfriend on That ’70s Show; and kissed Franco in 2010′s Date Night, Portman in Black Swan and Segel in 2008′s Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

The 48-year-old’s role in the movie is not yet known as details of the film are still uncertain. One thing that is reportedly known about Elysium is that it takes place on a distant planet set in the future. Jodie has also signed on to star in Roman Polanski’s God of Carnage alongside John C. Reilly, Kate Winslet and Christoph Waltz, as well as biopic My Stroke of Genius as scientist Jill Bolte Taylor. Elysium is expected to hit cinemas in 2013.
Oscar winner Sandra Bullock is going back to work after her marriage split. The Blind Side actress will play a female astronaut trying to get back to earth after an asteroid hits the space station she’s on. She will star in Gravity with George Clooney. It is her first confirmed film project since her ex-husband Jesse James’s cheating scandal earlier this year.
Director Danny Boyle says a moviegoer’s collapse during the LA premiere of his movie 127 Hours had nothing to do with the gory arm amputation scene. The filmmaker’s new flick follows mountaineer Aron Ralston, played by James Franco, during his real-life struggle to survive when he is trapped by a boulder in the Utah desert. In one scene, he has to amputate his arm and some reports claim moviegoers have fainted and vomited after witnessing the scene in cinemas. During the LA premiere of the movie, one member of the audience collapsed in her seat and she was taken to hospital. However, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Boyle said the woman is ‘fine’ and added: “She’s fine, she’s at Cedars (Sinai Hospital). She said it had nothing to do with the movie, bless her.”
Hollywood star Sandra Bullock is reportedly set to return to the big screen when she reunites with her Proposal director. The Oscar-winning actress is said to be starring in the not yet titled flick which is described by the Hollywood Reporter as being ‘in the vein of the 1978 Paul Mazursky film An Unmarried Woman and Saturday Night Fever.’ The 46-year-old will hit big screens again after her appearance in film The Blind Side and reunite with Proposal director Anne Fletcher. Sandra seems to be gearing up for a hectic work schedule as she’s reportedly also in negotiations for another movie described as an ‘outer space survival movie.’
Sources have confirmed that Katy Perry, Rihanna and Christina Aguilera will soon be taking to the X Factor stage to perform during the upcoming live shows. Katy will be performing her new single ‘Firework’ this weekend, alongside Diana Vickers who will perform ‘My Wicked Heart’. The following week, Rihanna is expected to perform ‘Only Girl (In the World), alongside Cheryl Cole with ‘Promise This’. Christina doesn’t have a performance date set yet but I think it will likely end up some time around the premiere of her movie ‘Burlesque’. I hope she sings something off the soundtrack because anything from ‘Bionic’ will just be disappointing.
Hollywood actress Charlize Theron’s stunt double in the new Mad Max movie will be a one-armed Aussie swimmer. Paralympic swimmer Annabelle Williams, 22, whose left arm ends just below the elbow, has revealed that she will be filling in for the Oscar-winning star in the film’s fight scenes. The casting has triggered online rumours that Theron’s as-yet-unnamed character will have part of one arm missing. Williams, who is taking part in the Delhi Commonwealth Games, told ABC news in Australia that she landed the role in Mad Max 4: Fury Road last December. She said: “I got a phone call from one of the people at [the production company] and they said it’s got a AUD$200 million budget. My mum was sitting there and we were just like, ‘What?’ “Then they said that the lead actress was Charlize Theron and I nearly died. And then I thought to myself the resemblance is striking.” Williams then laughed, adding: “Not at all. And she’s about a foot taller than me. “They are going to film me from a very long distance for the fighting, so that they don’t have to CGI out her arm. “I will be her, but just not [in] the face.” The movie, which also stars British actor Tom Hardy, will be filmed in Australia and is scheduled for release in 2011.
Emma Bunton recently revealed that a new Spice Girls movie is coming out way. The film will be formatted similar to the hit ‘Mamma Mia!’ using the band’s songs as a soundtrack and is set to hit the silver screens in 2011. It will be produced by the same team who the group of singers signed with for the West End musical ‘Viva Forever’. Do people really believe that they’re still as relevant now as they were back then to merit another movie? What will this one be about? They can’t even get the girls to reunite to talk about making new music or going out on tour again. I doubt they can do so for a movie.
Eclipse star Kristen Stewart has said she was bullied at school for being an actress.
The 20 year-old, who plays Bella Swan in the Twilight Saga, admitted she was picked on after landing film roles at a young age.
She said to UK newspaper Daily Mirror: “I was happy to leave school at 14 and study on set, because it took a load of work off my shoulders. The fame and the pressure was taken off because they had been failing me in school.
“I was never the type of girl to walk around talking about being an actress, so I didn’t get a whole lot of s**t until someone found out. I was playing it down, but I definitely got: ‘Oh, she’s such a b****!’
“I was like: ‘You’ve never spoken to me, but you think I’m a b****? Great.’”
Is acting life too much for her? Can’t Mariah Carey carry on with her diva lifestyle while acting? Otherwise what would be the reason for the singer dropping out of her latest cinema role… especially since she’s so good at it? It looks like Mariah Carey has decided that she won’t be starring in Tyler Perry’s new film and her representative had only this to say about the sudden change of plans: “I’m not at liberty to discuss her personal life at this time.” This kind of concerns her professional life though. Still, it was really classy of Mariah Carey to give up just a month before the scheduled start to the filming… that way, the producers have ample time to find a replacement.
