Miley Cyrus’s YouTube account was hacked earlier today, making this the second time she’s been hacked. The picture used here was from the first stunt.

With this latest hacking a new video was posted saying that she had been killed which makes it far more disturbing. It was up for awhile before finally being taken down. It managed to upset many of her young fans who had to search around to see if it was true, and then finding out it wasn’t and that she was alive.

The video description said:

“Miley died this morning after being hit by a drunk driver. She always told us if anything ever happened to her then tell her loyal fans first before the public. R.I.P Miley, we’ll never forget you!

The track, produced by Bloodshy & Avant, is from her upcoming English debut album, Look Who’s Talking. Later this year, the 21-year-old singer is expected to release a remix of “Eat You Up” featuring rapper Flo Rida.

John appeared at LA City Hall last Thursday to make a public plea for the Los Angeles City Council to begin regulating the paparazzi. Officials there were in talks about imposing restrictions on them. John had this to say:

“I don’t sit before you today to ask that you ban the paparazzi,” Mayer, 30, said in his testimony. “I’m asking you to regulate it. Officialize it. Tax it. Legitimize it.”

– Enforcing “an acceptable distance” between the photographers and their subject:

“A law governing an acceptable filming distance from an unwilling subject keeps everybody safe and misbehavior becomes accountable,” Mayer testified. “Without know who is following you, you do not know why you are being followed, which
brings about a very really possibility of suffering harm.”

He also suggested :

a “big white P on a yellow license plate [that] says the driver works for an accredited photo agency,” as well as “press credentials worn in plain sight.”

Avril Lavine has earned $2 million bucks from people watching the video to her hit single GIRLFRIEND online.
The promotion has recorded over 100 million hits on YouTube.com since it was posted on the internet by RCA record company executives last year.

Every time the video is viewed, an ad is played and the singer receives a fee, reports Gigwise.com.

Isn’t that interesting? I remember the controversy surrounding her fans being asked to keep refreshing the page to rack up the hits to the site…. looks like it paid off big time for her.

“Britney Spears is spending her summer in the recording studio, working on a brand new album,” manager Larry Rudolph said Tuesday in a statement released by Jive Records.

“She’s working with a team of top-notch producers and songwriters, and we’re very excited about what she’s accomplished so far. No album release date has been confirmed yet.”

Nice to hear she is keeping busy. Not only has she done her television guest appearance work, she also filmed a video segment in Hollywood that is expected to be part of Madonna’s upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour.

Her album “Identified” will be out in stores July 1st, and this song is a bonus track available only in the Japanese version.

In a recent review in Entertainment Weekly, she says her new album is:

“Definitely sophisticated” but also thinks it’s “funky and fun.”

Beyonce and Kelly Rowland aren’t the only ones deserving of a career after Destiny’s Child. The third former Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams filmed her new ‘We Break the Dawn’ music video in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday. The 27-year old singer strutted her stuff through the streets of LA while being surrounded by a pack of muscular men. Now that is every girl’s dream. It looks like Michelle is going back to the R&B hip hop scene as opposed to the Christian music genre when she first went solo. If she wants to keep up with Beyonce and Kelly, the R&B scene is where she has to be.

Cassie is shooting her new video for her hit song Official Girl. I have to say she looks super hot with that stripe dress and those sexy boots.
