Natalie Cole Hospitalized
Natalie Cole has been hospitalized in NYC since last Friday. Her rep said:
“The combination of the treatment she’s been undergoing and the heavy promotional schedule for her new album took its toll. Her doctors decided they needed to put her in the hospital. They expect her to be there for a few days, then she’ll be on a month of bed rest.” She said this set back in Cole’s treatment is not considered life-threatening.”
Natalie was diagnosed with Hep C earlier this year. Her doctors think she contracted it from her heroin use many many years ago.
She’s a great talent as was her father, the famous Nat King Cole. Hope she recovers soon.
Natalie’s rep all said that all of her October appearances have been postponed.
