Motley Crue bandmate Nikki Sixx was out and about with LA Ink’s Kat Von D. The couple have been together for a year now and still seem crazy in love. This picture snapped by the paparazzi was taken when they were having coffee together the other day in Malibu.

Just this past February, Nikki apologized for making a female fan cry at one of the band’s concerts, after admitting that the bottle the fan threw back at him was the very same one he threw to the audience.

He introduced the band’s next song on stage and then tossed a plastic water bottle out to the fans. The same bottle was then thrown back at the stage, almost hitting him.

Nikki might be the subject of a cold case that may be re-opened thanks to a recent interview by another of his bandmates.

In a new Hustler magazine interview, drummer Tommy Lee talked about the band’s early days – when they used to hang out at the club Whisky a Go Go. He opened up a 25-year-old mystery that left a police officer’s car soaked with urine.

Lee said:

“There was this unmanned cop car parked in the alley behind the Whisky, and Nikki picked up this stick and smashed in the f—ing window. He took a piss inside the f—ing cop car.”

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department told WENN:

“It’s not clear whether this is still an open case or whether the officer involved closed it out. If it’s still open, it will be investigated.”

Madonna arrived in Malawi earlier this week with all of her children — David, 3, Lourdes 12, and Rocco, 8. She created quite an impression with her arrival when she flew in on her private jet and debarked from the plane wearing a 2000K Channel track suit.

Liz Rosenberg, Madonna’s rep has now confirmed that she is trying to adopt a 4 year old girl named Chifundo “Mercy” James.

According to the AP release, the girl’s birth mom was 18, unmarried young teenager who died soon after she gave birth. The child’s birth father is thought to be alive but has little contact with his daughter as she has been living in an orphanage.

Madonna spent time visiting the child care center her charity founded as well as took her adopted son David to meet his biological father for the first time since he left Malawi with her back in 2006.

“Madonna is committed to maintaining an ongoing relationship with David’s Malawian roots,” Madonna’s statement added.

The judge in the case has delayed the hearing due to the negative publicity surrounding Madonna’s wishes to fast-track the adoption of another child from the country.

Nick, Kevin and Joe posed for photographers at the 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards, held at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion on Saturday night (March 28) in Westwood, Calif.

The brothers took over Radio Disney on Friday afternoon when they put on an acoustic performance.

They had this to say about their upcoming tour:

“We’ve got new songs, new production elements and new instruments as well. In this new record, we tried to add some different sounds. We’ve been working a lot with horns. After we did the Grammy performance with Stevie Wonder, we had the five horn players behind us. We were like, ‘We should do this to our music and add this different sound to it.’ We incorporated it in our record and we’ll be playing with them this summer!”

Apparently there is a bit of hissing going on by parents about the Pussycat Dolls and whether they should have even been on the KCAs at all. Many felt that they’re not kid appropriate. I’ve read several blogs and am stunned at how many have been complainting about how provocatively they were dressed.

Madonna has supposedly kicked Jesus Luz’s a** to the curb.

I wonder if it’s because she read the scandalous Daily Star report on what lingerie model Luciana Costa had to say about her and Jesus spending a romantic weekend together in Brazil?

Or could it be because Madonna didn’t want her relationship with a cheatin’ toy boy affecting her chances of adopting another child from Malawi? Madonna recently was quoted saying:

“Many people, especially our Malawian friends, say that David should have a Malawian brother or sister. It’s something I have been considering, but would only do if I had the support of the Malawian people and government.”

Some inside source close to Madonna told the Daily Star:

“She was drawn to Jesus. But it was just a bit of fun and she’s enjoyed herself, but she is growing bored of the relationship and her family comes first. He would ruin her chances of adopting again. And the pictures of him with Luciana made her realize that he’ll be better suited to somebody his own age.”

Joaquin performed last night at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami at around 2 in the morning. During his ghetto – budget rap act, some loser in the audience tried to do the flex . Joaquin response was:

“We have a f**ing bitch in the audience”

The loser in the crowd kept at him, so Joaquin hissed back:

“I’ve got $1 million in the bank. What have you got b**ch?”

Then Joaquin dropped his mic, charged into the audience and gave him a beat down.

Security broke the wrestling match up and booted Joaquin out of his own show. Naturally, Casey Affleck recorded the whole scene on tape for the mockumentary they are making. I used to think he was kind of sexy looking but homeboy trying to gain street cred isn’t working for him.

He’s a walking contradiction in terms. The GQ suit he is wearing is perfectly tailored to him and the homeless ‘fro and grizzly beard ” rapper ” combo top is rebel/bada** yet he goes on Letterman, gives press conferences and keeps us all informed on his new thing.

Something about him does it for me though!

Despite the stink of the scandal surrounding Chris Brown, his “career” does not seem to have been affected by his alleged beat down of Rihanna.

According to Soundscan, sales of Brown’s latest album, Exclusive, have remained steady in the weeks both before and after his assault on her.

The album has been selling approximately 3,000 copies a week in the U.S. since late January.

Disturbing isn’t it?

TMZ is reporting that Chris Brown may try to strike a plea, but only to a misdemeanor and with no jail time.

They are saying his attorneys have consulted law school professors who say Rihanna’s own aggressiveness removes it from the felony category.

“Sources say Rihanna was the first one to strike — slapping and striking Brown “numerous times” while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman. And Rihanna was fighting Brown as he punched and hurt her. We’re told much of this is reflected in the official police report based on what Rihanna told cops. As a result, they say, this is not a case that demands a felony plea.”

Amy Winehouse just got back from a relaxing two-month Caribbean vacation and according to police and her rep, was charged with assault Thursday for allegedly attacking a fan at an end-of-summer ball in London last Sept. 26th.

Dancer Sherene Flash had told tabloid newspapers that she was hit in the eye by the much-talked about retro-soul singer after asking to take her picture at the Berkeley Ball, a charity function held in central London’s Berkeley Square.

Amy’s spokesman Chris Goodman said Friday that she went voluntarily to the police station, where she was arrested and charged. Police issued a statement saying she’s been released and is due to appear in court on March 17th.

It’s been reported that Rihanna has gotten back together with Chris and her people told Entertainment tonight that if called, she will testify against him.

TMZ is reporting that she allegedly told cops this wasn’t the first time he beat her. She said he had gotten physical in the past, and the violence was getting worse.

The detective’s notes were made public and they described all about that awful night in quite graphic detail.

Today Chris made his much anticipated appearance in court, he was charged with two felonies: assault and making a criminal threat. He may face up to 4 years and 8 months in prison if he is convicted on both charges. The entire thing lasted about 4 minutes as his attorney asked for the court date to be postponed. No reason why. It may be to conduct further investigations or possibly to strike a plea deal.

Miley Cyrus describes her pre-teen years as “friendless, lonely and miserable” in her new memoir, “Miley Cyrus: Miles To Go.” Like so many other young people, it seems as if she had some very difficult times at school. I’ve known people who have been bullied to a point they’ve had to change schools. I’ve had friends and family members miss days, weeks, even have to resort to home schooling. 21st century bullies will kick your a** because there is literally no where to hide as the internet is a major tool of torture as well.

Here are some excerpts from her new book via Acccess Hollywood:

On the haters during her pre-teen Tennessee school days: “The girls took it beyond normal bullying. These were big, tough girls [known as] the Anti-Miley Club. I was scrawny and short. They were fully capable of doing me bodily harm… [They locked me in the girl’s restroom during class.] They shoved me in. I was trapped. I banged on the door until my fists hurt. Nobody came. I spent what felt like an hour in there, waiting for someone to rescue me, wondering how my life had gotten so messed up.”

On being challenged to a fight: “It seemed like Operation Make Miley Miserable was escalating to a new level. More like Operation Take Miley Down. Three girls strutted up and stood towering over me. My stomach churned. I clutched my grilled cheese sandwich like it was the hand of my best friend. It pretty much was my best friend those days. I was done for… They started cussing me and telling me to get up. I sat there, frozen. I didn’t know what to do. Finally, I couldn’t take it anymore. I wasn’t chicken. What could they do to me? I was surrounded by people. I stood up, still a foot shorter then they were, and said, “What’s your problem? What did I ever do to you?’”

On ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas, who she refers to as Prince Charming in the book: [When I first met him,] it felt like the whole world stopped. Nothing else mattered. [The day we broke up was] the hardest day ever. Deep down I know we weren’t being our best selves. And that was what I wanted — and thought I deserved – in a relationship.

On writing the hit song “7 Things I Hate About You” for Nick: “[I wrote it to] punish him, to get him back for hurting me [but the song is] about forgiving, not forgetting. It’s hard to imagine that our love is a story with an end. But you know, at least I’m getting some really good songs out of it.”

Passion Nightclub in Hollywood, Florida, is willing to try again.

Lindsay Lohan and SaMAN Ronson recently canceled their Valentine’s Day gig due to an “illness” but now that they have recovered, it’s back on again. The club promoters seem excited they are set to return. Here is the latest press release:

“Passion Nightclub, part of Seminole Paradise at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will present ‘Redux’ a special event hosted by actress Lindsay Lohan and featuring music by celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson on Saturday, March 7.”
