Kirstie Alley has jokingly said she is Oprah Winfrey’s court “jester” after making several appearances on the talkshow queen’s sofa.

The 59-year-old actress, who is battling the bulge in her latest reality TV series, told the Los Angeles Times how she became friends with Winfrey.

“I sent in a tape of me, going: ‘Oprah, look at me, I’m really fat. I think if I had a better-looking kitchen, I would be thin. Can you help me?’ And she did.”

The video was sent to Winfrey back in 2004 before Alley successfully lost 75lbs with Jenny Craig.

In 2006, after the weight melted away, Alley strutted her bikini-clad body in front of the talkshow host’s audience.

But she has returned – since ballooning from 10 stone 5lbs to 16 stone 6lbs.

“You know you have those friends who invite you over because you’re sort of the court jester?” Alley says. “I feel like I’m Oprah’s jester.”

Alley’s latest project is being the star in her own reality TV show – Kirstie Alley’s Big Life, which chronicles her latest weight-loss attempts.

Reality star Kendra Wilkinson isn’t in a rush to lose her baby weight and said she loves fat.

The 24-year-old gave birth to first child Hank IV in December last year and said she still isn’t taking to low-fat options to lose the added baby weight.

She said on Twitter: “I hate anything that says lowfat!!!! ewwwwwww!! I love fat so much!!”

Wilkinson also wrote: “It’s so hard to diet. i pace back’n forth in my kitchen for like an hour looking for anything unhealthy. hahaha.”

The star previously admitted that she found it difficult to accept her baby figure following the birth.

Former Cheers actress Kirstie Alley was left red-faced when “super crush” Jamie Foxx surprised her on a US TV show.

The 59-year-old actress held her head in her hands as Foxx, 42, appeared via satellite during her appearance on Oprah Winfrey’s chat show.

Just moments earlier, she had been telling the talkshow host how she would like a “bootie call” from the Dreamgirls star.

“I don’t envision myself marrying Jamie Foxx, but I could imagine spending three weeks in Italy with him,” she grinned.

When asked by Oprah what she would do with Foxx, the TV personality merely gave a wicked smile. “My daughter’s in the audience,” she blushed.

Winfrey revealed the satellite link-up with Foxx after encouraging Alley to talk about the actor.

But after screaming with embarrassment, Alley ran over to the TV screen and began kissing and stroking her crush.

Foxx, not fazed in the slightest, swirled his tongue around while the actress smothered him.

“Kirstie, can I drive down your alley tonight?” he playfully sang.

Slimmed-down Sharon Stone insists the secret to her recent weight-loss is down to nothing more than a healthy diet and exercise.

The Basic Instinct star, 51, has hit back at claims she may have resorted to extreme measures to help her lose weight.

She told US TV show Extra: “When you get in shape, the tabloids always want to create a scandal about it.

“But eating right and exercising makes you smaller.”

Stone, 51, has also faced criticism for being too thin after slimming down.

Some recent reports questioned if she is turning into a stick-thin “lollipop lady” – Hollywood stars whose head becomes out of proportion with their tiny bodies.

It’s not profound stuff, then again, what can a 20 year old from California that’s grown up doing Disney movies have to say? She’s young, and I don’t think she has any profound political views yet, though as she matures, it will be interesting to read more of what she has to say. I’m looking forward to her doing action film, I think that would be a great direction for her to go in, especially with her big ‘goat toe’ enabling her to climb anything !!

Usher’s Wife Flies Home Alone

Usher’s wife, Tameka Foster Raymond, has been released and is seen here smiling as she catches a flight back to the US from the Airport of Guarulhos after recovering in Hospital Sirio Libanez in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Thursday(February 19).

She spent more than a week in hospital, recovering from a cardiac arrest while being anesthetized for a “simple liposuction” (she just had a baby two months ago). Husband Usher had gone to be at her side but left before her apparently as he is already back in the states.

I wonder why he didn’t fly back with her?

Jessica is on tour with Rascal Flatts and she opened the show on Thursday at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

During the concert, Jessica gave the women in the audience this little tidbit of advice:

“To any woman out there who is in an abusive relationship, let me tell you that each and every single woman, you can take your heart and run so far away and fall in love again, and that’s the reason I recorded this song called ‘Remember That’.”

Jessica also told the audience this bit of info:

“So I have to say that every time I’ve performed Madison Square Garden my pants have completely ripped in half because I’d go down and hit a note, so tonight I decided to wear a little, like ‘Scort,’ not a skirt, but it’s like shorts, just so they wouldn’t split, anyways!”

Hmm, if her ex-hubby Nick didn’t abuse her he needs to speak up! In light of the Chris/RiRi alleged assault recently, discussions about domestic violence are going to be going on much more. If she isn’t referring to Nick and she means someone else, who could it be, and if she means Nick, this kind of talk could ruin him because scandalous talk spreads like wild fire.

The Sun is reporting that one of her friends said that she has been smoking up to 10 joints a day and spending about £500-a-week on it.

A source said, :

“Amy hasn’t touched crack or cocaine for months. She has been really good.Drugs are easy to get in St Lucia but she has just stuck to smoking dope. The amazing thing is she smokes all morning then sees her personal trainer in the afternoon and is put through a grueling workout.”

I wonder, would a baked stoner actually participate in a grueling workout? In anycase, looking at this latest picture of her, she’s looking soooo much healthier. Could it be that the ganja is helping her with her appetite? She’s been down there so long, maybe de island life and relaxed living has done the girl some good. Smoking weed seems to agree with her. Nick was diagnosed with a potentially fatal heart condition eight months ago. Here’s what he had to say about his new life style changes and it’s very obvious that good clean living agrees with him.

On the Hollywood scene party scene and all-night clubbing:

“I would get tired because we were partying so much, so I would do a bump [of cocaine] just to wake myself up. I would be that person who would stay at these clubs till the lights come on and they’re playing, ‘Don’t Stop Believin’.’ People are looking at me going, ‘Is that Nick Carter?’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, it’s me gacked up.’”

On being diagnosed with cardiomyopathy (a buildup of toxins in his heart, weakening the muscle so that had difficulty pumping blood):

“My doctor said, ‘You need to change your lifestyle. I don’t want you to end up like that.’ I was like, ‘I don’t want to end up like that either.’”

On getting his life back on track:

“I’m trying to make myself better. But I don’t regret anything that I’ve gone through, because it makes me who I am.”

On his new sweetie, a sales clerk he’s been dating for the past few months: “I don’t believe in marriage [but I see myself starting a family] someday, a little ways down the line.”

Madonna’s adopted son David is nearly three and a half years old and seems to be growing up so I don’t understand why she is always carrying him in all the photos I see. He is growing like a weed and from the size of him he’s quite the handful and isn’t a flyweight anymore. Hmm, in that case lifting and carrying him is a good work-out for her arms, that must be how she keeps them so toned!

Maybe she’s concerned about the paparazzi swarming him, and if that’s the case I totally do get why she’s usually holding him close to her.
