Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie reportedly spent £1,300 in 15 minutes during a shopping spree yesterday in London with her two eldest daughters, Zahara and Shiloh. The 36-year-old and her six children are currently living in Richmond in the British capital as her partner Brad Pitt, 47, films his latest flick World War Z, and Angie headed out to enjoy some of the city’s shops. Jolie, Zahara, six, and Shiloh, five, went to King’s Road in Chelsea where The Tourist star splashed out on clothes in French Connection. A customer told British newspaper the Daily Mail: “She was really friendly and humble. She signed an autograph for some young girls in the shop, and wouldn’t let any of the staff help her to the car with her bags, joking that she ‘had people to do that’ for her. “She seemed happy to talk to people and sign autographs for them. I was in the store at the same time and couldn’t believe it when I saw she’d managed to spend £1,300 in such a short time. Still, she earns such a lot of money, so why not?”

Music mogul Simon Cowell has reportedly given Leona Lewis a £100,000 budget to perform her latest single, Collide, on the first episode of his new British TV show, Red or Black. The 51-year-old wants to get the gameshow off to a flying start and has splashed out the cash to enable Lewis, 26, to give a stunning performance. A source told British newspaper the Daily Mirror: “Leona has been given a £100k budget for the production. “She has hired Kylie Minogue’s best friend, William Baker, to design for her and her dancers, and the set backdrop will be spectacular. “It will be her first major public performance of Collide and she is incredibly excited.”

Actress Jessica Alba has started exercising again to get back in shape, just two weeks after giving birth to her second daughter Haven. The 30-year-old has begun her fitness regime to get her pre-pregnancy body back. She tweeted yesterday: “I did my first day of wrkout since I had the baby, just cardio for 40 min. -it’s a start. Anyone else starting a fitness regimen? “My doc told me I could start after 2 wks. – im going light, stationary bike and elliptical.” Alba, who already has three-year-old daughter Honor with husband Cash Warren, also responded to tweets from her followers, adding: “Start with walking and throw in 3 sets of lunges 20 per leg. You could do it while strolling ur baby. commit to 10 min a day for a wk then add another 10 until u get up 2 40 min a day. It’s easier to ease into it.”

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick are set to host a charity treasure hunt through the American Museum of Natural History in New York. Sarah, 46, and Matthew, 49, will host A Little Jurassic Treasure Hunt, which will be held on October 3. The event will raise funds for Friends in Deed, a charity dedicated to providing support to individuals dealing with life-threatening illnesses and their loved ones. After a cocktail reception and the treasure hunt, Barbara Cook and Raul Esparza will perform composer Stephen Sondheim’s songs during a dinner reception.

The Sex And The City star said in a Twitter web chat for UK magazine Glamour that she likes the way the 29-year-old Duchess of Cambridge and Moss, 37, dress. Asked who her style icons are, the 46-year-old actress said: “So many. Ingrid Bergman and the way Kate Moss dresses and the Duchess of Cambridge.” The I Don’t Know How She Does It star added that she hopes that American designers will take more risks. She said: “British fashion is more risky, but we have some emerging American designers that seem inspired in that direction.”

Former Doctor Who star David Tennant has been forced to pull out of a West End production of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing this week after losing his voice, according to reports. The 40-year-old British actor missed two shows on Monday and Tuesday after falling ill. Understudy Alex Beckett has been playing Benedick opposite Catherine Tate’s Beatrice in Tennant’s absence. The play at London’s Wyndham’s Theatre is due to end this Saturday.

Actor Matt Damon and his wife Luciana won’t be having any more children anytime soon. The 40-year-old is the proud father of four daughters – Alexia, 12, Isabella, five, Gia, three, and 10-month-old Stella – but he’s adamant he won’t be having any more kids. He told US entertainment show Extra: “We’re closing the shop. That’s a wrap. Our life is full. I want to know our kids’ names.” Damon then commented on the parenting abilities of his friend Brad Pitt, 47, and his partner Angelina Jolie, 36, who raise six kids together. He added: “I honestly don’t know how they do it. “They seem to do it so effortlessly. I’m sure they’re cloning themselves.”

Cameron Diaz is reportedly planning to make Cheryl Cole her new best friend. The Hollywood actress will come face-to-face with Cole when they co-star in What To Expect When You’re Expecting, and has apparently been telling her friends that she can’t wait to meet the British singer. A source told Now magazine: “She remembers what life was like, starting out in Hollywood. “She loves a great night out and has invited Cheryl for dinner and cocktails as soon as they can.”

Seth Green has applied to legally change his name. The 37-year-old actor was born Seth Benjamin Gesshel-Green but now wants to remove his mother’s maiden name, Gesshel. According to US gossip website TMZ.com, Seth filed papers at the Los Angeles County Superior Court earlier this month asking a judge to legally shorten his name to Seth Benjamin Green ‘to reflect [his] professional stage name.’ The star now reportedly has to publicly declare his new title in a local newspaper once a week for four consecutive weeks. Green is due to appear in court on October 20, when his name change will be made official.

Jim Carrey has revealed that if he was younger, he would marry Emma Stone and have ‘chubby, freckly kids’ with her. The 49-year-old actor took to his website to declare his undying love for Stone, 22, on Wednesday. In a video addressed to the Easy A star, he said, “Emma, I think you’re all the way beautiful. Not just pretty, but smart and kind-hearted. And if I were a lot younger, I would marry you. “We would have chubby little freckle-faced kids – we’d laugh all day long, go camping and play Yahtzee. Tell ghost stories by the fire. “And every day, for the rest of your life, you would thank God that I was the appropriate age for you. But I’m not. I’m 49.
